The judicial system is one of our biggest problems. Their should be a clear guidelines for the penal system. It should be similar to the ncaa bowl system. In which you have categories that are worth more in points than others. For example people who work for Government and Global Corps will be penalized harder than those of private corps.(because they know how much there decisions affect people) And private Corps and individuals next. Another category would be how many people you affect. The more people you affect the harsher the penalty. There are more categories..but i think i have explained the idea.

What planet do you live on?
Lady Justice is portrayed as a blind deity for a reason. The idea is that justice should address illegal actions and breaches of contract without respect to who the perpetrator of a social or contractual breech is. While certain circumstances may mitigate or increase the severity of a crime or breech of contract, social status, race, culture, or religion should not be factored in to the system, as this would go against the idea that justice is for all and all are responsible and equal under the law.
