Get serious.

Why Is This Idea Important?: If we want our government to be nice to us, which is all we really want regardless of political affiliation, we have to be nice to it and prove that we're mature enough to handle the tiny bit of responsibility that this website asks of us. Get serious.

This website is a great idea. It is something I would have killed for to have in our government for years. Now that we finally have the privilege of letting our own government know what we're thinking, let's not ruin it. Seriously guys. Stop acting like an AOL message board. This is not the forum to make completely uncalled for, outlandish claims just because you don't like our leadership, nor is it the forum to tell the world how much you like weed. So keep the caps lock to a minimum and try to avoid using more than one exclamation point at the end of a sentence, okay?

    Although I don't necessarily agree that we "have to be nice to it" I can agree that a forum that allows us to submit our own ideas is not one to be wasted with rabble rousing. There are other places for that.

    And everybody should remember that if one ignores the rules of the forum and keeps pounding away at things that aren't supposed to be in the discussion your writing spam.
