GREAT!!! Idea

Barry, appoint everyone a Czar of something or other. It doesn't matter what. They apparently don't do anything anyway. And you could pay them each $250000 a year. Unemployment SOLVED!!! Economy booming!!! And it would probably be a lot cheaper than the money you're pissing away now. .... Of course, then you couldn't use public funds for payola, but every plan has its drawbacks.
