Similar to the administration's recent suggestion to offer to anyone who wants it a public health care carrier alternative to private health care companies, I'd like the government to offer public alternatives to a number of industries. In this case, the government could offer a public alternative to the private credit card companies. The government could offer better service for much more reasonable fees and interest rates.

What the government should do is arrest all the credit card companies that are charging the high interest rates they're charging -- it's usury -- like they do when the Mafia charges loansharking (high interest) fees.
Clinton is the one that uncapped how much interest credit card companies can charge. It is illegal the rates they're charging. We arrest the Mafia for that.
Obama walking around saying he made changes to the credit card comapanies was a big farce. The ONLY ONE thing that needed to be done is to cap how much interest credit card companies can charge.
