The Electoral College will be scrapped down and remade into a popular vote system. The system doesn't just count each vote from each person; but the person's IQ (after a test is administered) determines the weight of their vote.

The electoral college exists for very good reasons, primarily to avoid concentration of power in dense urban areas. What's the matter, can't you steal enough votes as it is?
Stop trying to force your one size fits all baloney on everyone!
You can't even spell bologna correctly. What makes you think I'm going to believe you?
My system works. Your IQ is probably 105, and your vote should be weighed down.
A densely populated area is pretty much a huge collection of retards who can be swayed by the media. The system eliminates that and puts the voting in the hands of the people that are supposed to be "educated".
topgun5tt, you didn't even understand what I said, your reply proves that!
You're not understanding the point.
>primarily to avoid concentration of power in dense urban areas
You realize the electoral college is based on population, correct? The more populated a state is per area; the more votes a candidate receives.
I thought that was clear and apparent but I forgot that you're f*cking retarded, my mistake.
I'd like to point out that an Intelligence Quotient test may not be an accurate measure of intelligence in the first place. Even if it is, being "intelligent" or "educated" doesn't necessarily indicate good moral standing or judgment, and even if it does, in the eyes of the government and the law, all citizens should be equal--regardless of intelligence.
After all, if you value citizens' votes based on intelligence, that implies other rights will also be based on intelligence...which subverts the idea of democracy itself.
I do, however, think the Electoral College could be improved (and tsiya, before you say anything, I live in Arkansas, not a densely populated area); I just have no idea how.
I think the electoral college was put in place when the population was spread out and not everyone had the opportunity to vote. It needs to be ended or revamped. The public votes are more accessible today. IQ doesn't matter with citizen rights.
topgun5tt,
What you propose will reduce the voting power of people who aren't like you. Assuming you have a high IQ, which is unclear given your childish tone.
Even if you're smart, you're mean spirited person. If i wrote the test you'd score poorly. Here's a hint, don't post something you wouldn't say to someone's face. If you said i'm "f*cking retarded" to my face, you'd be spitting teeth. Knock off the name calling and the meanness.
IQ test prove only that you're good at taking IQ tests. IQ has been soundly rejected by most reasonable experts in the fields of intelligence and psychology. Someone could be intelligent and score poorly if the test was written by people who valued ability X over ability Y. Back in the day, it was commonly believed that women weren't as smart as men. "We have the test scores to prove it!" Well, that was because A. Men wrote the tests and decided what intelligence was B. Women were trained in different skills than men.
i don't like the EC system as it is. Voting/election reform is needed, but this isn't it.
/136ish (depending on the test)
