In the shadows when a Peace officer-ninja sees a person stealing a vehicle, the Peace officer-ninja would never let the person see the Peace officer-ninja. Instead the Peace officer-ninja would contact all the other Peace officer-ninjas in the vicinity. This will alleviate the situation from becoming a high speed pursuit, or causing unneeded actions. Since the person in the stolen car will not try to attract unneeded attention, this will make it much easier to pursue the person and the stolen vehicle.
-Just the Idea of being a Peace officer-ninja could very well make them very cool in the public eye.
-Peace office-ninjas would have an increased excitement in their jobs.
-Peace officer-ninjas would have an enhanced mental acuity for solving situations in a non-violent manner.
