Right wingers are famous for creating fictitious red herrings to throw people off the scent of truth. It was right wingers who created the "Obama Born in Kenya" BC fiasco. It was right wingers who encouraged Ashley Todd to lie about being assaulted by an Obama supporter. It was right wingers who invented these legally toothless grand juries and then scream because the MSM doesn't give them publicity.

You have NO clue who I really am. I am FAR from being at the bottom of the pyramid. I am one of the rainmakers. I KNOW every move Phil and Orly make before they make it. I've supplied them with valid legal strategies (anonymously, of course) that actually would help them in court--not because I wanted to see them win, but because I was certain they would fail. I WANT to see them work in court against a real defense lawyer.
PHIL DOES NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE ANY OF THESE CASES. He just wants to make accusations. He knows all of this is a tissue of lies. To him, it's just a cash cow with a moron donor base. He has no scruples against siphoning money from the fearful.

By slapping these theories up against the law, I continually point out that the vast majority of Americans are sane. We don't live in la-la land. We live in a nation of laws. The same laws that protect you from privacy invasion protect Barack Obama.
