A special branch of the military that travels all over the world to provide emergency medical care to the poor in countries where other providers like the red cross have problems operating because its so dangerous.
The purpose of this group is at least twofold. 1. to provide a reason for our military presence where it might otherwise be unwelcome. 2. To help sustain a population of locals who feel good about the USA but are otherwise a burden upon the local economy (and might become the local dissidents of the future).

Don't we do that now? Like after the tsunami in Asia .I remember locals rushing to get boxxes of food off our helicopters wearing Osama Bin Lanid T-shirts.You really think that helped us look better to islamoradicals? I always get a kick out of the reactionaries who over react every time. No we don't have that now. Note: the reason to do this is to develop a dissident population that may in time overthrow the current government. It also provides an extremely visible presence for black ops types this is of strategic importance not for the purpose of getting them to like us. They'll never do that. Note Iraq. The previous government would regularly kill off the majority of the people we would be helping. And when we attacked Iraq those same people were on our side. Yes such an organization might do some good in the world as far as do-gooders are concerned but its their presence as a strategic resource that makes them so important.
Note the word Strategic. Strategic means an elaborate and systematic plan of action usually over the long term. In this case the strategy is intent on a long term military objective. It helps us maintain a military presence in places where it may be difficult to maintain any other kind. Of course we wouldn't be telling them of our intent. No doubt the military have quite a few of these in the world but probably not with military medical personnel acting in what appears to be an altruistic fashion. These groups would be heavily armed of course.

How about if we did that we would be growing more government...no thanks. If you were going to go around helping others why would you not suggest USA first. We do have plenty of those in need right here. Obama already told the world we are all sorry Americans...or was it sorry for being Americans...no no it was, we as Americans are sorry for for saving so many peoples lifes from all over the world over the last 230 plus years...
How about we help ourselves FIRST? ...and who is going to pay for this? Sounds like another government "tool"... for more control. NOT!
No, I don't think it should be a branch of the American military. It should be one of a global military. Also, if we're going to try and influence locals to dissent we'd better be there to back them up when they do because in their situation without us theyd end up dead.
Also, we will never know how to take care of ourselves if we do not take care of others. This is because its an issue of MORALITY. To say that we can only help Americans over something as petty as national borders is morally rotten, and because we've made a morally rotten decision that will bleed into our decisions about ourselves.
Our country being healthy could do more good for the world than their country being healthy. You do notice that when our country is down, every country goes down. So work on ours first because over all ir WOULD do more good in the long run.

Maybe this could be the mission of Obama's NWO troops... I want OUR military protecting our borders, and the sanctitiy of the US. As far as learning how to take care of ourselves by taking care of others, it's kind of like leading the horse to water. Sometimes you have to cut the cord.
We've taken care of others for over two centuries. In this critical time in history, it's now time to focus on ourselves as the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, and FIX what's wrong HERE before worrying about others. Nothing "morally rotten" about that.

LOL Beleive me, I am NOT the only one that feels this way...just too few are willing to LEARN about what's really going on, nor take active measures to fight back against the atrocities that are happening right in front of our faces.
