Despite what you may have heard, it is *not* acceptable by all US State departments. Which is actually a moot point because the Constitution stipulates a tougher standard than 'citizenship'.

So, the non birth certificate is also called a Certified Abstract of Birth by some authorities.

Mind showing me what document you're getting this from? I'd really like to know. I've shown you the State of Hawaii saying that the COLB is a "valid Hawaii Birth Certificate". I've shown you the State Department Standards for accepting Birth Certificates. Mind telling me exactly what that the COLB doesn't have that is required by the State Department to prove that you were born in this country?

It was placed side by side with another certificate to authenticate it markings and upon review it was shown to be inconsistent.

Yes, even the BC above is a spoof. But no anti-birfer lawyer has submitted it as evidence in a case before a federal court. Phil Berg has submitted a similar fraud (that he didn't examine) to an actual court.
