Mr. Obama,
You my sir are a disgrace to the the American people and the Constitution of America. How dare you think that you can just keep spending OUR money? Why don't you stand up for the soldiers? You are blackmailing congress by letting the torture photos be attached to a bill to fund the IMF. That my sir is a total disgrace. I want to know who is paying the wages of all your Czars? These people are not approved by congress and are not entitled to any tax payer money. Congress turned down your 80 billion dollars to close Gitmo so, where are you getting the money to send to people to the Islands? Who is watching over you? Your spending is out of hand. You need to stay in Washington and quit going on your $200,000 date nights and travelling to foreign countries telling muslims that we are not a Christian nation and quit apologizing for the American people because we have done nothing wrong. You sir are doing everything wrong.

Well said.
time for a full on Tax Revolt.
just more shiite thrown against yhe wall to see what sticks. This article says a lot.
Bravo...
It's too bad that this site, which was intended for sincere suggestions, has devolved to largely a forum for semi-literate Right wingers.
My guess is that Limbaugh, or someone of his ilk, has sent the dimwits here en masse to share their puerile "wisdom."
With large sweeping generalizations, trampling facts and reason, a Right wing whack-job tells us who they are.
President Obama has done many things I agree with, but has also said and done things with which I take issue, but the brand of Right wing idiocy displayed above is hardly the way to critique our president, a decent man with an almost impossible job.
Yea you're correct. It's all Bushes fault.
I made a few corrections to what you really meant to say...
It's WONDERFUL that this site, which was intended for LIBERAL suggestions, has devolved to largely a forum for literate Right wingers.
My guess is that Bill Maher, or someone of his ilk, has sent the dimwits here en masse to share their puerile "wisdom."
With large sweeping generalizations, trampling facts and reason, a LEFT wing whack-job tells us who they are.
President Obama has done many things I dis-agree with, but has also said and done things with which I take issue, the brand of LEFT wing idiocy displayed above is REALLY the way to critique our president, a SHORT BUS man with an almost impossible job.
Whoa, Big Rooster! Did you think of all that yourself? Impressive! I love the way you used my words and syntax, but changed a word or two here and there. So witty! You go to the head of the class!
I note too that you wrote "well said" in response to this, um, suggestion penned by jordankjordan. This means you have no idea what clear and specific writing would be, and that you fall into the half-wit category into which jordankjordan falls.
I'll reiterate in case the truth continues to escape you: this site is intended for ideas and suggestions, not puerile, semi-literate, Right wing (or Left wing) rants. No one, not even (the few) intelligent Right wingers, takes the above drivel seriously, and certainly progressives view what is said by jordankjordan as sincere, but dim witted nothingness.
What the heck is a "SHORT BUS man?" Or is that phrase an example of the half-wit quality of most of the ditto-heads sent here by The Usual Suspects?
I love dogs and I love America. But I don't like that America is going to the dogs.
Right now I am worried for the America I know and love. I suspect most of us are, too.
President Obama’s understanding of economics is based on ideas that are usually, at best questionable, and in no case worthy of indenturing us all under a mountain of debt.Did you see him kill a fly?Miyagi did it with chopsticks.
And unfortunately we have a mainstream press that is googoo-eyed over the president, ever afraid of offending the Spender-in-Chief and asking the tough questions that need to be asked.
It’s a disservice to the profession of journalism. It’s a disservice to America.
The spending spree Obama, Pelosi, and Reid have set into motion is no joke. It is threatening to bury America under a mountain of crushing debt – debt that will impact your life and the lives of your loved ones.
I must say I’m pretty scared about President Obama’s handling of the economy. I can hardly tell you.
The other week he admonished members of Congress to impose “pay-as-you-go” budgeting rules. He says fiscal discipline is suddenly important.
This is from a man who forced through $787 billion in pork-loaded “emergency” stimulus spending in his first weeks of office. It was such an emergency that less than a quarter of this money will be spent in 2009.
This is from a man who signed off on $200 billion dollars to bail out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and hundreds of billions of dollars more for reckless Wall Street firms that deserved to fail.
This is from a man who is now the Chief Executive Officer of Government Motors, Inc, putting you, me, and every other taxpayer on the hook for $50 billion as part of a sweetheart deal benefiting the United Auto Workers.
And while the president preaches fiscal responsibility he wants to spend another
$1 trillion ore more on a new health care benefit America can ill afford.
Needless to say, I wish Mr. Obama well in all of his hard work to get the economy restarted. He might start by ending his and his staff's endless telling of how bad things are but the truth hurts.
So, yes, I’m scared for America. Yet, there is hope – REAL HOPE.2010.
Conservatives are finding their voice.
xrxs1020, I did say I made a few changes...right?
I thought maybe you were dyslexic so I wanted to help the impaired...you obviously are impaired
I want to live in the USA and I want the government out of our lives like the Constitution states. If, I wanted the government to provide for me I would move to Europe or Russia. I want my Freedom just like you lefties want everything that you think you should have. The big difference is I will work for whatever I get and you think that we should PAY for everything you get. The Constitution does not give government the right to infer with our privates lives. I am sick and tried of hearing about all the poor that won't get off their butts to help themselves. I am sick of a President that thinks he should protect the unions and not ALL AMERICANS. This guy is a dictator and needs to be removed from office.
We will need to organize ourselves in such a manner that we cannot be stopped and have a plan to put in place once we achive our goal.
I'm in.
Rejean, the original 750 billion was passed by the GWB administration. Having to spend all this money is a very bad, unpleasant thing, but the alternative is even worse. That's the reality that GWB left Obama with. Obama had no good choices. All the options were bad options.
If everything had been allowed to fail, we likely wouldn't be able to get our money out of banks, most of us would likely no longer have pay checks, and things would have ground to an horrible and inescapable halt. At least that's the thinking of most experts several pay grades above mine and yours. I don't know if Obama is right or wrong with all this. But I'm troubled too. Being agnostic, but knowing he's our president, I figure we may as well see this thing through (what choice do we have?), paying attention to what occurs, and (by the way) avoiding unnecessary listening to the bloviators on the Right, who unfailingly supported the tragic policies of the Dim Wit-in-Chief from 2000 to 2008.
You are ludicrously incorrect when you claim liberals don't work hard while conservatives do. That's a silly claim. Drop it and argue more realistic points.
'Scuse me, I've got to drive to the job you claim I don't have!
Note that most of the people braying about birth certificates and certain ruination also supported Bush's reckless invasion of Iraq, excused him for allowing 911, and easily accepted torture, as long as John Yu said it was OK (Yu said that any harsh behavior which falls just short of organ failure or death is perfectly legal, a conclusion with which most conservative and liberal thinking folk disagree.)
Passed by GWB? or the democrat congress that never put it out till THE ONE was in office,so don't read the bill a couple members constructed got to pass it now, don't read it. So Nan can go to Italy by the weeks end . So THE ONE can let it sit for four days.-FAIL
No longer have paychecks? like the 105 and rising on unemployment now?-FAIL
Avoiding bloviators on the right.(Implying your opinions only come from the left)the left that controlled both houses -FAIL
Lidicrously incorrect? -FAIL
wrecklessly invade ?with DEMOCRATIC support-FAIL
Allowing 911 after 8 months in office? -FAIL
TRY AGAIN after work McDonalds closes at 11
rejean,
Thanks for your barely coherent response.
I own a very prosperous business, but if I did work at McDonalds, I wouldn't be ashamed, because I'd be a hard working person, which contradicts the mindless cliches I read endlessly repeated by arrogant Right wingers, regarding liberals supposedly too lazy to work for a living.
Yes, the original bailout was crafted under the GWB administration.
Thats "ludicrously," not "lidicrously."
Absent Bush's lying push, there would have been no Iraqi invasion. As it was, over two hundred Dems voted against it, with only a handful of Rs. I can't help it if we are burdened by the spineless, quasi-Republican Democrats we have to suffer. Yes, whether in office for eight months or eight years, Bush was wholly incompetent in allowing such a tragedy. Why do you think he resisted any inquiry at all? Then after pressure from 911 widows, Bush relented, nominating Henry Kissinger to head the inquiry. After the laughter subsided, he ordered the 911 Commission to form with other leaders, but tasked it to NOT point any fingers, lest the guilty be embarrassed (or indicted).
I assume you mean 10.5 % percent unemployment, not "105." Keep in mind unemployment was far worse during the Depression. Which means it could have been far worse today too. Everyone knew and anticipated that unemployment would go up before the numbers began to improve. In any case, YES, if Obama had followed the Right wing advice to just let failed corporations fail, we'd likely have thirty percent unemployment, permanently frozen markets, and things would be really, really screwed up. The experts, and Obama, stated explicitly that matters would get worse before they got better. But all the Right wing can do is pretend they didn't hear that, and pretend that their non-solution of letting everything collapse would have led to a libertarian paradise. If you people didn't have silly things to say, you'd have nothing to say at all.
