Solution is obvious UN needs to contract Somali Pirates as Inspectors.
Pirates want money, UN needs experienced ship inspectors, it's a win-win situation.

I hate to say it but China will continue to give them food, fiber and energy. They have already said they would no matter what we do.
We just need to blow them the hell up and then South Korea will be known as "Korea" because the north will no longer be part of it.
