Is this a denial of justice to the birfers? Or an acknowledgment of incompetence by birfer lawyers?
Birfers claim they cannot get their cases heard based on the merits.
Do they REALLY want their cases heard based on the evidence Berg, Taitz and Kreep have advanced so far? The Kenyan Birth Theory complete with an inadmissible Sarah Obama tape? The Dudley Doright BC? The blatant lies and tampering of evidence done by Phil Berg? Or the glaring puddle of judicial incompetence that is Orly Taitz?
Is is better for the courts to dismiss these cases or actually allow birfoon lawyers to perform?
I say the latter. I'm DYING to see the expression on a judge's face when Orly shows up and says, "Evidence doesn't matter!!" or "That conclusion goes without showing!!!" as she is prone to say. I want Phil Berg to explain the Dudley Doright BC and the redacted Sarah Obama tape.
I want to hear Phil's reaction when discovery is allowed the the State of Hawaii sends in a BC that looks exactly like the COLB on Obama's site.
So, YES, I want to have these cases heard!!

Hey, come on, throw me a bone here. I'm AGREEING with you guys. I WANT these cases to be heard, one at a time. My motivations may be different than yours, but I am sincere when I say I want these cases to get past the "standing" principle.
If and when it happens, I will put down my job (actually I won't, I'll just bring my laptop with me and work from the courthouse) and attend EACH OF EVERY SESSION OF THE COURT PROCEEDINGS WEARING A SHIRT IDENTIFYING ME AS BLACKMON RIKKER.
I wouldn't pass that opportunity up for the world. I'll campaign to get the proceedings taped if Court TV doesn't show up to do the job.
All new episodes of the Chapelle Show wouldn't be as funny as watching Berg and Orly work the SCOTUS. I live for unique opportunities to laugh at the incompetent. Such a court case would be a smorgasbord, a virtual cornucopia of mirth.

The BC is not an issue unless someone can prove that the State of Hawaii conspired to defraud or had a reason to lie about Obama's citizenship. Really, it's not Obama the Berg should be suing, it is Hawaii. Andy Martin was smart enough to see that.
Stephen Tonchen correctly pointed out that Congress has never passed a law affirming the definition of Natural Born Citizen. If Congress affirms the two-parent definition of NBC, it will mean Obama won't be able to run again in 2012. It won't affect his currect presidency retroactively.
What are the chances that the current Democratic Congress will pass such a law?
