Let's see, The Annenberg Foundation was founded by Ambassador Walter Annenberg (Ambassador to the U.K.), and hiw Wife Leonore Annenberg. Annenberg was appointed by President Richard Nixon.

Up until March 2009, the President, Chairman, and Sole Director of the Annenberg Foundation was Leonore Annenberg, a Registered Republican. She was also Cheif of Protocol under President Ronald Reagan, and Wife of Ambassador Walter Annenberg.

Like I said, the Annenberg Foundation was run by REPUBLICANS. So, apparently, Republicans are in on the conspiracy to get Obama elected.

As far as the Natural-Born Citizen Clause, there is the case of U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark. This states that anybody born in the United States, no matter the status of their parents, are citizens of the United States, under the 14th Amendment. Supreme Court case.

Then there's the case of Perkins v. Elg which declared someone who had dual citizenship at one point in her life to be a "natural-born citizen". Basically the situation is Elg was born in the U.S. She was removed in minority to Sweden, where she and her parents got Swedish Citizenship. Before reaching the age of majority, she returned to the U.S. The Court declared her to be a "Natural-Born Citizen".

Then of course, there's Lynch v. Clarke. This declared anybody born inside the United States to be a Natural-Born Citizen regardless of the status of their parents. Granted, it isn't binding precedent, but it would most certainly be referenced in any ruling.

Look up the cases yourself. Both the Wong Kim Ark case, and the Elg case are United States Supreme Court cases. Clarke is a case out of the New York State Supreme Court, dealing with the issue of the Natural-Born Citizen clause. Clarke hasn't been reversed in over 150 years.

Please find me case law to support your claims.

Now, onto the so-called Birth Certificate issue.

The United States State Department has rules onto what is accepted for a Birth Certificate to prove the place of birth. It is outlined in the Application for a Passport. It states: "A birth certificate must include your full name, the full name of your parent(s), date and place of birth, sex, date the birth record was filed, and the seal or other certification of the official custodian of such records." Name one thing that the original document is missing, that would not be accepted as proof of citizenship? As far as claiming that the birth certificate is a fake. I'll take the word of the keeper of the records for the State of Hawaii, rather than the word of you, WND, or anybody else.

And as far as the long-form Birth Certificate, they haven't issued that birth certificate since before 2001:
