Be very wary of eminent domain! Families, near where I live on the New Mexico/Colorado border, are fighting the government who has claimed ranches that have belonged to some of the families for over 100 years. The Government claimed the land by eminent domain so that they could build a military base. The town of Trinidad, CO gave the government permission to use it's water. The people of Trinidad can no longer water their yards because of a water shortage. The base has not been built and the whole community is fighting this. I hope the citizens win.

Our constitution has taken a back seat to the EU. They want us to think that if we fight for our constitution and our bill of rights we are radicals that want to ruin our country. Or if we come against Obama we must be racist.
