Note the BC listed at this site. Phil Berg lifted this BC off the Internet and actually submitted it to a court as evidence that Obama is not a citizen.
Phil's original filing also claimed that Obama's half brother and sister had testified that Obama was born in Kenya. Phil has since backed off that claim, inasmuch as Obama's half brother is heard vehemently denying that Barack Obama Jr. was born in Kenya on the tape. Phil filed his lawsuit before the tape was made; his allegations in his filing was based on what he expected to get, not what he had.

You haven't asked because it is an inconvenient and embarrassing truth. It's like having a waterhead brother that you keep in the back room and never allow outside.
But I think knowing Phil's legal sources goes to show his intent. He'll grasp at any straw to try to show up the president, never realizing that when the light is shined on his actions he's hurting birfers more than helping them.
Take a look at most of Berg's lawsuits, particularly the 1st one. The Dudley DoRight BC is just the most obvious one, but he also cites the long-since discredited "TechDude", not to mention a citation of the Naturalization Act of 1940 that says the exact opposite to Berg's claim.
The birthers are pretty strident, but they usually don't last for long outside their own, heavily-censored websites.

You notice that birfer trolls such as carpenturr1 like to do the same thing as Berg. He consistently claims he wants these birfer cases heard based on the merits, but he himself can't argue a meritless case on its merits. He consistly whines to the moderators about name calling, but you'll notice that he starts most of the name calling. He complained to the moderators of a GOVERNMENT site about allowing freedom of speech to anti-birfers.
Before I came they pretty much had this site to themselves.
Before I leave they'll all be gone.

blackmonrikker - it's fairly typical of the birthers - if they're in their own heavily-censored echo chambers, they simply reinforce their own myths. The minute those myths are shown in the light of day and subjected to debate and requests for evidence, they seem to crumble and eventually go away.

But they never contribute anything substantive anyway. JimmySimpson55 was banned for using racist taunts and reinvented himself over in the other thread. Rooster will probably go away when he hears from the Secret Service about his threat to the president. Carpenturr1 will disappear when he realizes he's become part of the minority party. rejean will continue to lurk, but will probably stop posting eventually.
I don't feel sorry for them. There are plenty of zoos and television has plenty of soap operas for people like that.
And then this site can be what it was originally meant to be--a site for sharing credible ideas among Americans.

The saddest part of the whole shooting at the Holocaust Museum by blackmanlikkers bretheren was watching the son of murdered security guard Stephen Johns talk about his dad.
