This email is so large that it blocks my email client and I want it to stop!
As far as I can tell, it is also in violation of CANSPAM which states:
"It requires that your email give recipients an opt-out method. You must provide a return email address or another Internet-based response mechanism that allows a recipient to ask you not to send future email messages to that email address, and you must honor the requests. You may create a "menu" of choices to allow a recipient to opt out of certain types of messages, but you must include the option to end any commercial messages from the sender."
When I click on the "Manage your notification settings" there is no visible way to opt-out of this email. You wrote the law, it seems that you need to abide by it. If I have somehow overlooked the unsubscribe link, then please enlighten me.

Look beneath the "Post New Comment" before you write anything new.
There is a box that is checked to receive notification of email.
1. Click "Post New Comment"
2. Look below the space to comment.
3. Unclick the box to receiive email notifications
Here's an idea or two. Block this address in your email account and open another email account that you only use here.
