This paragraph exists in "Dreams from My Father." It is proof that Obama's birth certificate exists, that his grandmother had a copy, and that he's seen it. So he knows what's on it, and whatever it is -- or isn't -- it's the reason he is fighting its release so ferociously.

Relative to the amount of money Obama has spent in legal fees defending himself against, and seeking dismissal of, the dozens of law suits that have been launched all aimed at forcing him to demonstrate that he is "natural born citizen" as required by Article Ii, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, that requires some litigation experience, I must admit. I deduced the size of the combined legal fees by finding the suits -- which are all a mater of public record -- getting the name of the law firm representing him, again a matter of public record, and getting the law firm's billing rates, which will never be less than $300 per hour, and extrapolating the cost of litigation that has no settlement in sight and only court determination of the matter, which types of suits will average between $75,000 and $100,000 per matter at a minimum, and multiplying this number by the number of suits ongoing, which exceed 15. The total far exceeds $1 Million, and no one is going to convince me that any law firm representing Obama is doing that work "pro bono," i.e. for free. Additionally, under the many Campaign Finance Laws, his campaign must report legal expenditures to defend the candidate, and the Obama camp has admitted to over $500,000 being spent for these kinds of expenditures thus far. If anyone with some litigation experience takes the time, the information is all out there in the public domain.

Nowhere in the law does it say that someone can't have dual citizenship, and be a natural-born citizen, and in fact, juris prudence says otherwise.

Check out the case of Perkins v. Elg, and Lynch v. Clarke. Perkins v. Elg is a Supreme Court case, where the Supreme Court declared someone who at one point had dual citizenship to be a Natural-Born Citizen. Lynch v. Clarke is a case that made it to the New York Supreme Court. It dealt with the case of a citizenship of someone who was born to non-citizens. It declared this person to be a Natural-Born Citizen.

So, want to try again?

Furthermore, take a look at U.S. Code. All that requires to be a citizen is that they're born in the United States, provided that they're not immune to the laws (such as children of foreign diplomats, or invading armies).

She says several times that he was born in Hawaii, and only once saying anything of the sort.

But that still doesn't get around the fact that this is all Hearsay: which is an out of court statement, offered in court, to prove the truth of the matter asserted. None of this would be admissible in court.

So, we've proven to the satisfaction of the Federal Government that he was born inside the United States. The only other thing to prove is that people who are born inside the United States are eligible to be President. This is proven in Lynch v. Clarke, a New York Supreme Court Case, that in over 150 years, has yet to be overturned. This is proven in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, a U.S. Supreme Court Case decided over 100 years ago, which states that you're a Citizen regardless of the status of your parents, if you're born on U.S. Soil. This is proven in Perkins v. Elg, which states that U.S. Citizenship law operates independently of any other citizenship law.

All the other side has is a couple of comments that are obviously taken out of context, and their interpretations on those comments.

The endless parade of doubt about Obama's eligibility under Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution screams for him to respond with Proof that he is a "natural born citizen." His continued paying of lawyers to prevent this issue from reaching conclusion proves, in my opinion, that he is not eligible.

Article II, Section 1 is at the very beginning of the Constitution, and addresses only the eligibility of a candidate for U.S. President. It is unique to a Presidential candidate. All other Citizenship case law is, therefore, irrelevant because none of the cases ever addressed the eligibility of a Presidential Candidate under Article II, Section 1.

Assuming he IS INELIGIBLE, then he is clearly not calling the shots as President -- his handlers and those that paid to get him elected are, and he is doing whatever he is told for fear that those people will turn him, demonstrate his ineligibility, and cause him to go to federal prison for a long, long time. He would not have a leg to stand on if that were proven because he is a lawyer with some Constitutional Law background and could not plead ignorance. This would make Obama the most dangerous man ever to sit in the Oval Office.

People we have to fan the flames, put up "Where's The Birth Certificate?" Bill Boards, call talk radio, petition Congress.

This is the fastest way to reverse the incredible damage he has done and continues to do to this country. This proof would cause everything he has done thus far to be nullified.
