I want to bite into a specific issue, engage, lets have it out,
-- to bring new and common direction from consensus after a hard discussion to find resolution, you know, Get some meat, by everyone being up close and personal, and in the battle of trying to define the problem and then bringing a resolution to THE PROBLEM ISSUE..so that we can start new (by eleminating an existing problem)!!!
My focus is in INDIVIDUAL AND RESIDENTIAL LIFE ESSENTIAL CLEAN ELECTRICITY AND WATER NEEDS as a separate stand alone issue from all other ENERGY ISSUES and other issues,
--because it is my position, that clean elec and water are the foundations of our homes, families, individual freedoms, all commerce, and free will; AND if I may be so bold, the above and below energy issues are at the heart of all of the rest...None of our many problems can be solved without A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of our LIFE ESSENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS!
Further, it is from this collective focus ability and persuit of understanding energy:
-- that we all are entitled to, and responsibly obligated, to each other for a certain annualy allocated amount of:
-- individual electricity and water for our personal transportation and existance and as well for our DWELLING/RESIDENCE of up to 1,000 sq ft living space ( an agreed to formula)
By having the ability to focus our discussion in such a Coralled Subject eNCLOSURE
1---EACH INDIVIDUALs EXISTANCE ENERGY USAGES FROM BIRTH TO DEATH - (a usage amount footprint)
2---EACH INDIVIDUALs PERSONAL DAILY TRANSPORTATION ( vehicles of elec, air, water, hydrogen, etc.) ENERGY NEEDS FROM HOME TO WORK - ( a usage amount footprint)
3---EACH INDIVIDUALS RESIDENTIAL LIFE ESSENTIAL ELECTRICIY AND WATER ENERGY NEEDS PER YEAR BASED UPON AN ALL ELECTRIC RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF THE FIRST 1,000 SQ FT LIVING SPACE ( A FORMULA) ( a usage amount footprint)
we can move quickly to bring data, reviews, and consensus so we could move very quicky to reconstruct or shore up not just our energy problems, but our many other now failing sectors
In closing,, MY point is I have to have some place to dig into a subject to bring a feeling of being able to change or contribute.
and your headings are too far reaching or general for me ... Perhaps it takes a larger mind than I like to think i have.. ( some humor, kinda)
OR PERHAPS I WANT TO SEE SOME KIND OF INDEX WHICH LOOKS TO DEFINE OUR PRIORITIES .. not just an index for location and subject familiarity; but also as a list that is in order of our priorities in todays world.

It sounds like you want even more government regulation of and intrusion into individual choice and lifestyle than there already is. We don't need that. We have too much already. You are free (for the moment, anyway) to choose to limit (or not) your use of energy. Why would you want to have arbitrary usage imposed on everyone?
You could of made this a lot shorter by just saying:
"I want communism and rationing."
We already know the details and how it turns out.
Well, i guess i asked for this. I am an older ENERGY WARRIOR-ACITVIST AND I HAVE WATCHED, ENGAGED, AND PONDERED THE NATURE OF ENERGY FOR SOME TIME NOW..
