I find it rather curious that you ask me for all kinds of proof of my statements yet you let the potential POTUS get by with a pass. I don't have to justify my opinions to you. As I said on my last post, I fully agree with you, this legal battle is going nowhere. There are just too many variables to navigate through.

We'll just have to see what pans out. There are even some "lefties" that are starting to question some of Obamas policies. Finally, I really think all of us,including birfers and anti-birfers better watch out for whats coming down the pike. Bear in mind I am almost 60 yrs old and have lived much more life than you most likely. Our country has changed immeasurably from what it was when I was in elementary school. It is a process that has been taking place since the 1930s and greatly accelerated since the asassination of Kennedy in '63. I in no way blame Obama for all that is occurring at the present time. He is just another cog in the wheel rolling toward the dismantling of our constitutional republic. Please bear in mind that I am not coming from the position of a "red neck". I have made my living as a professional jazz musician and college professor. And at the same time I surely do appreciate your "chops" concerning this issue. You seem like a great guy. I think the only difference between you and I is our level of trust for Obama. I think both of us are wary (you more than I) of his policies. Like you, I am anti-big government.

But I've come to respect you. Tell me honestly. Given the hand he's been dealt, who had the resources to pull the country back from the brink of economic collapse? Only the government. Our country has been technically bankrupt since 1986. The only thing propping us up is consumer confidence and a constant buying/debt cycle. If everyone lived like you and I (that is, within our means) the whole country would fall flat on its face.

That's the thing. It's a double edged sword. People have to go into debt to prop up the economy. The debt is sucking the life out of the economy.

You haven't heard me say word one in support of Obama's fiscal policies. I am reserving judgment on it. I'm trying to give him time to build confidence. But my own patience has its limits.

My comments have been about the shoddy cases built by birfer lawyers and believed upon by people like carpenturr1. IMO, no reasonable person would believe a word of it. The courts have backed up my opinions 100% of the time.

At some point, reality is going to hit Obama. Our currency is worthless. We won't be able to borrow any more from the Chinese. And then what? The answer to that question will define his presidency.

But these birfer lawsuits will get swept into the dustbin of history. I'm just having fun with them while they are still around. Meanwhile, I'm doing my best to insulate myself against the U.S. Government. Sheeeesh. You'd think Phil Berg had been running the economy for 20 years.

She REALLY was a Democratic precinct chair who quit because she couldn't support Obama. She is also a self-professed muck-raker who, by her own admission, "brought down the Bush administration" with her allegations in Rathergate.

Linda Starr, aka Linda Sue Belcher, is currently being sued for libel by a certain Phillip Berg, Esq.

Linda AND Phil admit that it was Linda who brought her PUMA research to Phil last summer. Phil filed suit in August, two months earlier than the plan suggested. His initial suit contained nothing but unsubstantiated allegations. It included the Dudley Doright Canadian BC (which he has since noticed and pulled from consideration). It included allegations of an interview with Sarah Obama that didn't occur until two months later.

This mismanagement of the October Surprise ruined the Republican plan. It forced them to use Ashley Todd in a misguided attempt at inflaming late election racial passions.

This is suggestive of more secrecy, which I believe is common in politics. It does not prove that Obama is a citizen. It only proves that there are those who wanted to bring this to the surface, for what-ever reason, and that there is a lot of coercion between the parties. It further indicates how easy it is to scam the public. They all deal from the bottom of the deck.

Obama's actions and how an unknown politition became the POTUS stirred up the inquiries as much as the Berg and Taits cases. He has still not proven his citizenship with a certified BC, lawsuits not withstanding. He has not acted in ways that represent Americans and he is leading us into socialism. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia but since the doctor's name isn't on my birth certificate, do you think I'm not a natural born American citizen either? What difference does the doctor's name make?

Hi all. Something came to my mind a short while ago. I mentioned in an earlier post that I am friends with the county executive here in upstate NY. I brought up the birth certificate issue with this person (sorry I can't mention gender or county for fear of incriminating said person) The executive told me that every politician is aware of the citizenship issue. They all discussed it before the election. The executive believes that it will become an issue before the 2010 elections. As a side note, this executive is a democrat.

WND article says:

"However, FactChecker.org says it obtained Obama's actual birth certificate and that the document was indeed real. The site discredited some of the claims of Internet bloggers, such as that the certificate as viewed in a scanned copy released by Obama's campaign lacked a raised seal. FactChecker.org also established that many of the alleged flaws in the document noted by bloggers were caused by the scanning of the document.

A separate WND investigation into Obama's birth certificate utilizing forgery experts also found the document to be authentic. The investigation also revealed methods used by some of the bloggers to determine the document was fake involved forgeries, in that a few bloggers added text and images to the certificate scan that weren't originally there.

The Berg lawsuit contends there is enough truth in the various reports to conclude, "Unfortunately, Obama is not a 'natural born' citizen."

The suit alleges that while records exist of a "registry of birth" for Obama in Hawaii (filed four days after his claimed birthday), no records exist of his mother's stay in any Hawaii hospital, suggesting she may have given birth elsewhere and filed the registration shortly thereafter on American soil.

"Obama's grandmother on his father's side, half brother and half sister claim Obama was born in Kenya," the suit states. "Reports reflect Obama's mother went to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy, which apparently was a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight. Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama) gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew to Hawaii and registered Obama's birth."

The claim could not be verified by WND inquiries to Hawaiian hospitals, since state law bars the hospitals from releasing medical records to the public.

Even if Obama produced authenticated proof of his birth in Hawaii, however, the suit claims that the U.S. Nationality Act of 1940 provided that minors lose their American citizenship when their parents expatriate. Since Obama's mother married an Indonesian citizen and moved to Indonesia, the suit claims, she forfeited both her and Barack's American citizenship.

However, there doesn't seem to be any evidence Ann Dunham expatriated. Also, consulting citizenship experts contend that if Obama indeed obtained Indonesian citizenship, it simply would not have been recognized by the U.S., but the presidential candidate would retain his American citizenship.

Even after her divorce and return to the U.S., the suit says, "Obama's mother failed to take the oath in order to regain her U.S. Citizenship. Therefore, Obama would not have been able to regain his U.S. Citizenship until he turned 18 years (and) after he took the oath of allegiance."

"Since the oath of allegiance would have been entered in the records of the appropriate embassy, legation, consulate, court or the Attorney General, if Plaintiff is incorrect, then Obama should be able to produce in Court a certified copy of the proceedings, including a copy of the oath administered," the suit states.

The lawsuit then claims an investigation has shown that in 1981, "Obama traveled to Pakistan using his Indonesian passport. At the time of travels to Indonesia, Obama was 20 years old. He was well aware he maintained his Indonesia citizenship, and failed to regain his United States citizenship. … Even if Obama maintained his United States Citizenship, which he failed to do, he also carries citizenships in Kenya and Indonesia. Obama has divided loyalties with foreign countries. Thus, Obama carries multiple citizenships and is ineligible to run for President of the United States."

A WND investigation could not find any proof Obama used an Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan. However, WND noted that Pakistan in 1981 was under military rule and that it was difficult for U.S. citizens to travel to the country without assistance – meaning, it would have been easier to enter Pakistan on an Indonesian passport.

Berg claims his lawsuit is necessary, not only to protect the Constitution, but also to protect the integrity of the Democratic Party.

"If the DNC officers and/or leaders had performed one ounce of due diligence, we would not find ourselves in this emergency predicament, one week away from making a person the nominee who has lost their citizenship," said Berg in his press release. "The injunctive relief must be granted because failing to do so, (the DNC's) inaction defrauds everyone who voted in the Democratic Primary."

It is out dated.

WND quotes early Phil Berg assertions:

And yet, since that time, Berg has backed off his claim that Obama's half brother and sister claim Obama was born in Kenya. He only claims the grandmother.

He made these claims before he went out to fabricate the evidence, i.e., the granny tape. The half siblings on the tape emphatically said Obama was born in Hawaii, and so did the grandmother. But Berg only accepted the portion of the grandmother's testimony in which she was confused about the subject of the question. She believed the interviewer was talking about Obama SR.

This is prima facie evidence of fraud by Berg.

If there was anything to that story whay so ever then why is WDN still trying to buy advertising all over the USA questioning Obamas legitimacy as president?

Why is Berg still going after him as of this day?

On April 10, 2008, Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and Claire McCaskill (D-MO) introduced a resolution expressing the sense of the U.S. Senate that presidential candidate Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) was a 'natural born Citizen,' as specified in the Constitution and eligible to run for President.

"Because he was born to American citizens, there is no doubt in my mind that Senator McCain is a natural born citizen," said Leahy. "I expect that this will be a unanimous resolution of the Senate."

At a Judiciary Committee hearing on April 3, Leahy asked Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, himself a former Federal judge, if he had doubts that McCain was eligible to serve as President.

"My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen," Chertoff replied.

"That is mine, too," said Leahy.

What's interesting here is that Sen. Leahy, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary, confirms that a "natural born" citizen is the child of American citizen parents.

Parents -- that's two. That's BOTH parents.

Every time the words, "citizen" and "parent," are used by Sen. Leahy and Sec. Chertoff, the plural case, "citizens" and "parents," is used. The plural case is the operative case.

It is Sen. Leahy's opinion -- his own recorded words, in a formal Senate Resolution and on his U. S. Senate website -- that Barack Obama is not a "natural born" citizen, and therefore not eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief, regardless of his birthplace.

Obama had one American parent --singular -- his mother. His father was a citizen of Kenya, and a subject of Great Britain.

Obama, himself, "at birth," was a citizen of Kenya, and a subject of Great Britain -- he says so on his own campaign website. This fact introduces the concept of "divided loyalties," -- the reason the founders created the eligibility requirement in the first place -- a fact that further underlines Obama's ineligibility.

The source of this information is Sen. Leahy's own website. The webpage contains a statement about the resolution; the resolution, itself; the Statement Of Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.); and an excerpt of Sec. Chertoff's testimony.

The plural word "parents" is used four times. When used to identify the parents, the word "citizens" is used five times. That's nine times that Sen. Leahy, on his own website describes the eligibility requirement. There is NO PLACE in any of these four documents where the singular case of "parent" or "citizen" is used.

Obama is a co-signer of this resolution. So, I guess he too agrees that one needs two American parents to be eligible for POTUS -- except he doesn't care -- after all, he's the Obamamessiah. Rules don't apply to him.

Additionally, Berg claims that Stanley Ann Dunham fraudulently registered Obama in Hawaii, two days after giving birth in Mombasa, Kenya.

HOW DID SHE GET BACK TO HONOLULU FROM MOMBASA IN ONLY TWO DAYS USING THE COMMERCIAL AIRLINE SCHEDULES FROM AFRICA IN 1961? There were NO direct flights then, and each jump from city to city entailed a substantial layover.

The bottom line is that Farah's testimony and veracity has already been compromised, if he had any in the first place.

Has Farah ever backed off this statment? How could they make such a statement if they hadn't seen and examined the paper copy of Obama's COLB, which Obama made available at his HQ in Chicago last year?

In either case, their propensity for lying is paramount.

I'll give you that...but that is not saying that this is over by any stretch of the imagination.

My whole problem with Obama is that we never really gave up what he claims to have...and then seals it away from further examinations.

If I get pulled over for speeding I can't just tell the cops to look up my drivers licence on their computer...they want to see it in their hands to verify that is is real and not tampered with.

It was ME that pointed out the anomalies in the Shuhubria affidavit, along with the legal basis for quashing it. It was ME that told you how and why birferism was invented. I told you who did it, when and why. I told you how to contact her to verify my version of the story.
