What is your opinion?

Does it appear to you that something drastic is taking place with the appointment of so-called CZARS? By placing these people directly under the exuctive branch isn't this bypassing congress? Think about it. isn't their directives as appointed executive buraucratic officials no longer subject to congressional oversight? And as such isn't congressional representation being supplanted? Congress calls them for testimony and they claim executive privilage, then what? They stonewall, congress threatens court action, does the past evidence indicate that they care? I see Congressional legislative branch being urserped by the executive branch of government can you explain what is going on any different?
