Why doesn't Obama have a "long-form certificate" from the State of Hawaii filled out in the hospital including details i.e. hospital & doctor?

Why can't Obama find one person in the State of Hawaii that was present at his birth and can verify the name of the hospital and doctor when the whole country of Kenya says he was born in Kenya?
