Automatically flag trolls

Why Is This Idea Important?: It's frustrating for those of us that want to discuss improving the country to have to slog through this tiny-minded noise. If the trolls could be more easily eliminated, we could focus on the ideas more and policing less.

It's such a chore flagging the tons of comments left by the ugly children using this as a forum for their impotent partisan rage, couldn't you automatically flag most of the comments/accounts for deletion? If an "idea" (I'm not convinced these morons have ever had one of their own) has the words "birth certificate" in the title or body, set the abuse count so that it's deleted after the first complaint.

This is a forum for discussing ideas about government. If you want to bash Obama or the Dems, there are dozens of sites like freerepublic.com set up just for that purpose. You are nothing but cowardly little mental-challenged vandals that need a hobby. Please ask your parents to give you more supervision.

You used the terms "tiny minded", "trolls", "ugly children" and "morons" to describe the people on here and want to limit what they say because it gets in your way of what you want to say...and then get angry at a little back lash.

You started it with all of your name calling. Check it for yourself...you did say all of those things. You need to grow up and get a little thicker skin.

opengov, how mature you are! So, if the idea doesn't conform to your preconceived notion of neutrality, then it should be deep-sixed, right?

What about all the "impotent partisan rage" that the rest of us have endured since 2000?

While I tend to think that the birth certificate matter is a red herring, there are many other facets of Obama's beliefs and background that do merit scrutiny. But, since the media and all of you high-minded pseudo-intellectuals decided that, in your irrational hatred of GWB that you'd rather take this country down our current path rather than allow a moderate like McCain to get the job, we were to be put on the fast-track toward socialism in order to satisfy your infantile rage.

Your username, sir, is a misnomer. There's nothing "open" about what you propose. What you propose is a congress of sheep who will willingly go to the slaughterhouse rather than step out of line.

  7. This site has been a waste for a while now- if you are sick of the birthers just call their bluff.

They have NO idea what they are talking about- just ask them for proof. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT try to reason with them- they have lost all capability to think rationally or to make reasonable arguments.

You need little more than a fourth grade education to destroy any of their arguments. If you can read- you can outwit a birther. If you have ever read a book without pictures- you can drive a birther to the clinical limits of sanity.

Just kick back, call their bluff, and laugh hysterically at their senseless rambling.

    Have Fun!

Like we haven't heard you about 1000 times times on here crying about how we are all picking on your boy Obama.

You just want to have your say and stop others from speaking their minds...this is far from over and if I know you from your mindless spew on other post... you don't have any proof to support your side either so please stop with your "I know something you don't know" child like mentality.

Isn't that cute? They have a derisive name for those who are questioning the birth certificate issue.

Look, I don't think there's much to it myself, but it's really comical to see the Lefties go apoplectic over this - especially in light of the fact that most of them are the same people who saw monsters under the bed during the Bush years in the likes of Karl Rove and Halliburton. You know: the whole war was orchestrated by KR so that Halliburton could rake in the dough. Right.

Probably the only sort of conspiracy theory I can subscribe to is that the legal profession in this country pretty much has all of us by the curlies. It cuts across party lines, but the Lefties especially like trotting out their lawyers to do their dirty work. That's what got them sooooo peed off when GWB won in 2000: they were "out-lawyered" and that was particularly hard for those Kool-Aid drinkers to swallow...

  13. If these troll's could just come up with something. Not just insults.

Its like this.Where is the proof Obama is eligible? And their come back is always.Where is the proof he isn't?Or maybe its a bunch of insults followed by because they say so.

unfortunately no one really knows why they spend so much time fighting something they know is a big question.

But the funny thing is.Why do they spam this issue.

If they are required to produce a long form B.C. in order to keep their job, they would have no problem providing it.That is of course if these shill's and troll's are legal citizens.

The birth certificate question is a fair and lawful question. What makes this issue a BIG thing is Obama'a refusal to release information as to prove the eligibility issue is a non issue. When someone cover's up the evidence and asks you to prove what you say.Well that person is hiding something. And that is what makes this such a Huge issue.

Doesn't take much bu reading some of the post's on this subject to realize ,there is a question.Lame comments by Obot's are seen for what they are.Unsubstantial!

No, Dick Cheney was the president. There was a conspiracy (perpetrated by the same people hiding Obama's birth certificate) to make us think he was VP. This is the most important issue in America and we should all fill the Internet with demands that it be investigated.
