This entire birfer story was concocted by PUMAS in Texas in June 2008. After Hillary lost the Democratic nomination, they got together and decided that Obama had no chance of defeating McCain in November. But they wanted to make sure it happened. So they dug around, trying to come up with some dirt on him. Ex-girlfriends, sex, drugs, homosexuality, whatever. They ran the gamut.
One PUMA, Linda Sue Belcher (nee Linda Starr) came up with Obama's Indonesian school records, noticed that Obama's religion was listed as Muslim and that his last name was listed as Soetoro. From this she concocted the 'born in Kenya' story and the Indonesian citizen story.
How do I know this?

This whole birfer story was supposed to be the Republican October Surprise. It wasn't supposed to be offered publicly until two weeks before the election.
But Linda Starr took the germ of the story to that legal genius, Phil Berg, and he ran straight to court with a half-cocked story before the details could be filled in. That's where the Dudley Doright BC came in. That's why he claimed he already had the Sarah Obama tape which wasn't made until late October.
But the news didn't break properly in August. The Democratic National Convention overshadowed it, then the Republican National Convention, then the economic crisis, then the Sarah Palin debacle.
By the time the story was ready to pull out of the oven, it was toast. Berg had screwed up the legal filings in his lust for glory and the opportunity to be "first". The October Surprise failed.
These people have been playing you birfers for months. They know this issue is a lie. But what the heck? Money is money, right?

I've said I am a Libertarian. I don't believe the government should legislate what citizens consume. If I want to eat Comet cleanser all day, I should be able to. If I want to inject heroin all day, ditto. The only thing they should legislate is the SALE of drugs, which I think should be banned. If I grow my own heroin, then it's my ass.
I also think the govt should deny medical benefits to long term smokers, alcoholics and drug abusers after, say, their third strike. Addicts should pay 100% of the bill from that point on.

I somewhat agree but I think there should be some common sense to the sale. Marijuana should be regulated by sale with similar laws as alcohol. By regulating drugs you take the profit out of underground cartels and criminals hands. That would also help keep drugs out of the hands of children because the store clerk cares about age, you would have to show ID. Slick Rick on the corner doesn't really care about age.
I would have to disagree about making addicts necessarily paying more although I can see the logic behind it. And it should cost more, but I think there should be better more reliable and efficient methods of treatment, physically but more aimed at mental treatment. I think its a health issue not a legal one. All in all it would cost more medically speaking.

I HAVE read the Constitution, Force. While it supplies the criteria for vetting presidents, it doesn't say a word about how to get or verify that data. Other laws have been written to handle those issues. The Constitution SUPPORTS THE PEOPLE WHO WROTE THOSE OTHER LAWS.
So if you claim the Constitution doesn't support Obama, it surely support the SCOTUS, which supports the STANDING doctrine which you despise. And the Constitution supports the rights of the state of Hawaii to gather and maintain birthing records on its citizens.

She has an identical certification that she was born in Hawaii just like the one Obama used on the internet.

I don't believe allowing amendments to birth certificates means that they allow fraud. The same for the certificates issued to children born elsewhere. It is possible to get a new Hawaiian certificate, but if the person wasn't born in Hawaii they won't issue one that says the person was.
Amendments are for situation like a child born to unmarried parents who married shortly after the child was born and the child goes his entire life using his father's last name but then runs into conflict because his mother's name is on the birth certificate. That's the kind of thing they allow you to amend.

I've been reading about which hospital Obama was born in and its the most interesting issue I've seen so far from the birthers. Do you guys have anything, like a letter or a newspaper article from a normal publication, that quotes either of the hospitals as flat out saying Obama was NOT born there?

The document on the web has not been certified by anyone but by some friends of Obama.
If that document tells the truth and the whole truth, then why not show it to any Official, be it the Court or anyone and have it verified as authentic.

There are people trying to prove the case in court but it keeps getting blocked. Therefore, THE CORPORATION authorizes "The People's" money be spent to hide the fact that the truth must be hidden from The People, lest they grow a collective frontal lobe and STOP PAYING THE CORPORATION TO OPRESS THEM.
THE CORPORATION of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA loses nothing with these lawsuits since they are initiated by The People, who pay for initiating the suits, and the money to Defend those suits (or dismiss them, in most cases) is taken FROM The People as well, to be certain that THE CORPORATION suffers no loss due to those suits. THE CORPORATION loses nothing, and The People pay for both the initiation of the suit, and it's defense.
