Activity in Kerchner v Obama & Congress Case - 2nd Extension of time granted to Defendants

Activity in Kerchner et al v Obama & Congress et al Lawsuit - The motion by the defendants for the second extension in time to answer, move, or otherwise respond was granted. Their new deadline is June 29, 2009. You can read the full order at the link below. When you read the order you will see that the court addressed this second request for an extension in great detail in his five page order. On page two the Judge writes, "In their complaint Plaintiffs assert violations of their constitutional rights alleging that Defendants have failed to conclusively prove that President Obama is a natural born citizen and therefore may not be eligible to serve as President of the United States." Then on page four the Judge writes, "Plaintiffs' Complaint raises significant issues necessitating that the named Defendants engage competent counsel to represent their interests." The Judge points out that the Department of Justice still has not decided who is going to represent whom for the seven defendants in the case. Later he then writes, "The Court is confident that after all the attorneys enter their appearances on behalf of all Defendants, that the case will proceed expeditiously." The Judge of course noted that we opposed the extension. And previously on page two, the Judge noted, "The Court has also received numerous letters from non-parties opposing Defendants' motion [Doc. Nos. 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25]." The order was written and signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel Schneider who serves at the:

Just show the damn birth certificate; the one from Kenya with the little footprints on the back that you traded in in Hawaii for a COLB, and then claimed citizenship in the US of A. Or show us the adoption papers showing you are a citizen of Indonesia, the reason you could attend Indonesian schools and travel with an Indonesian passport, and get funding for education from groups that only fund citizens of Indonesia. Hey, we will take either one as proof that you are not a 'natural born citizen' of the US, and I would bet Kerchner et al would have no further need of continuing their court action against you. Hear me Obama, and Obamanites? Just show us the proof and the birthers will go away. So easy. Transparency begins at the root. Start by first demonstrating, like every other American who is required to, Obama is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. This is not a difficult issue, he either has a long form birth record to verify his citizenship or he does not.

This issue is trivial only to those that are blind followers. There were congressional hearings into Juan McLame's eligibility, but Obonga won't show his Birth Certificate to "We, the People". Why?

As nikko528 said, O's father was a British citizen at the time of O's birth, and his mother was too young to convey her US citizenship. O was, therefore, an English citizen. Then when Kenya broke from England, his father became a Kenyan citizen and bestowed THAT citizenship on Obama. Then when O's step-father adopted him, he became an Indonesian citizen. His British/Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on his 21st birthday, but Indonesian citizenship does not expire. So when his mom took him to Hawaii, she surrendered his Kenyan Birth Certificate, which was then sealed, and issued the Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth. From that point on, Obama passed himself off as a US citizen. We have an usurper in the White House. When will you Kool-Aid drinkers face up to that. Obama is your Jim Jones. Pathetic!!
