What is this? Another president under rule of the Queen? It is illegal to hold any foreign office (a Knight or any other..) and be elected to any positition in the Republic of the USA.
However, we are now under rule of a socialist democracy, under which is illegal according to Article 4 section 4 of the USA constiitution for all governments to obey.
To All - especially "dabodave": We're talking about a Letter of or Certificate of Appreciation not an appointment or entitlement.
Personally I like the way it sounds. It reminds me of JFK and the Dream of Camelot which could live on.
So just back off the Kool-Aid Intake and take a nap please.

By the way, JFK was killed due to him trying to shut down the federal reserve bank for profit....
He made an executive order, to print silver certificates (if you are old enough you remember them) they were dollars with the saying of redemable at any bank for silver... NOT federal reserve notes.
So,
about 4 months later JFK was killed and you guessed it, the silver certificates were recalled by the privately owned federal reserve bank for profit...
Motive? Yes.
Just to let you know of JFK and the Dream of Camelot....
To dabodave: Yes I was old enough to remember Silver Certificates which were still in use and printed by the Fed up through 1975.

What I am suggesting is a form of recognition for those people who are genuinely interested in trying to make a positive contribution to their government here on this site.
I am not interested in playing "Lowball" with pompous individuals abusing the priveledge of having an Open Forum/Idea Exchange. Which is a positive intelligent discussion within a structured system.
I greatly appreciate your negative voting on this idea as it has vastly improved the visibility of it to the folks in NAPA and Gov.Com. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! :>?)
