1) Name of Physician who "birthed" Barry
2) Barry's college papers and transcripts
3) All previous names he has used for financial aid
4) List of every country that issued him a passport
5) Proof of Selective Service Registration
6) Illinois Senate schedule and appointment book
7) Long Form Birth Certificate
