A "Certification of Live Birth" (COLB) posted on the website does not confirm "Natural-Born" status.Hawaii's law allowed "registration" of foreign-born babies.

Natural-Born is Nationality from Natural Law. It is determined by the father at birth, from which all rights of birth and inheritance flow. Barack Obama's father was a Kenyan British colonial.

The legislative definition of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was defined as "not owing allegiance to any other." "[E]every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parentS {plural} NOT owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of the Constitution itself, a natural born citizen." Whether born in Kenya or Hawaii, Obama is a citizen under (1) the "out of wedlock" (due to bigamy of the father) provision of Immigration and Naturalization law (8 U.S.C. 1409-c); or (2) 14th Amendment provisions of being born to a U.S. citizen within U.S. jurisdiction. National law prevented the creation of conflicting dual citizenships between other nations' citizens. The simple fact that Obama had a foreign father removes the possibility of Natural Born status.

If he was born in the US, he would still be ineligible for the office, due to the fact that his father was a Kenyan, a British subject, which citizenship passed to Obama at birth. Senator Lyman Trumbull, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee when the 14th Amendment was written said,

"... 'all persons born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens'... that means 'subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof'.' What do we mean by 'complete jurisdiction thereof'? Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means."

Obama was born with a split allegiance and is therefore ineligible to be a "natural born" citizen. This split allegiance becomes evident in his interference in the political affairs of Kenya and the Mideast, while declaring himself to be a "citizen of the world." The founders of our country specifically intended that only one whose sole allegiance is to the United States would be eligible to serve in the presidency.

He continually makes up facts in his speeches, just as he makes up facts about his own personal history. What I don't understand is why Fox and news radio isn't touching this subject? Are they afraid of the consequences?

Barack Obama Sr.: "All of my life, I carried a single image of my father, one that I tried to take as my own," Obama wrote in "Dreams From My Father." What was that image? It was "the father of my dreams, the man in my mother's stories, full of high-blown ideals."

Obama adds, "It was into my father's image ... that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself."

Though Obama said little about what those "ideals" were, they crystallized in the form of a 1965 paper, written by the senior Obama and published in the East African Journal. Frank Marshall Davis: As a teen, Obama's mother abandoned him in Hawaii so she could go to Indonesia to seek a Ph.D. At the age of 16, left on his own, Barack Obama developed a relationship with a non-family member – reputed Marxist Frank Marshall Davis. Davis, a former Chicago resident, was a member of the Communist Party USA and an apologist for the Soviet Union. The 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What's more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities Committee, accused Davis of involvement in several communist-front organizations. Obama describes "Frank and his old Black Power dashiki self" as advising him before he left for Occidental College in 1979 at the age of 18. Passages from "Dreams From My Father" suggest that Frank Marshall Davis was something akin to a surrogate dad to Obama in those days. Obama's only contact when he moved to Chicago was Davis.

Alice Palmer: Obama's predecessor in the Illinois State Senate, Alice Palmer introduced Obama to Chicago's radical elite in the living room of Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn's home back in 1995 and endorsed him that year in front of a crowd of 200 supporters. Palmer was an active radical leftist in the decade before she picked Obama for her seat. The FBI notes that she served on the board of the U.S. Peace Council, a front organization and affiliate of the Soviet World Peace Council. Palmer attended the 27th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and came away favorably impressed by the Soviet system.

Gregory Galluzzo: A former Jesuit priest and executive director of the Gamaliel Foundation, Galluzzo was interview by New Republic's Ryan Lizza and showed him the training manual he uses with new organizers. Galluzzo told Lizza that many new trainees have an aversion to Saul Alinsky's gritty approach because they come to organizing as idealists rather than realists. Galluzzo, along with fellow trainer Mike Kruglik, schooled Obama in Alinsky tactics. The Developing Communities Project, Obama's first employer in Chicago, was part of the Gamaliel network of organizations.

Mike Kruglik: Kruglik was a regional director for the Gamaliel Foundation. Like his boss, Greg Galluzzo, Kruglik also helped train Obama on Alinsky organizing methods. Kruglik was also involved in 2007 with indoctrinating Obama campaign volunteers on Alinsky methods.

Rev. Jeremiah Wright: Rev. Wright was a close friend of the Obamas. He officiated their wedding, baptized their children, and Obama regularly touted his 20-year membership in Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ as proof of his devotion to Christianity – until remarks by Rev. Wright became an embarrassment to his campaign. A closer look at Obama's pastor and longtime church reveals that Trinity practices – and preaches – Black Liberation Theology, and Wright sees "his own form of Christianity as profoundly different from Christianity as typically practiced by most American whites and blacks." During one of his more memorable anti-American screeds, Rev. Wright said, "The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people."

Trinity church gave between $5,000 and $10,000 to the Community Renewal Society, which was a pet project of Bill Ayers' father, Tom Ayers.

John L. McKnight: John McKnight is a professor at Northwestern University and sits on the board of the Gamaliel Foundation. McKnight is yet another of the Gamaliel trainers who schooled Obama in Alinsky tactics and methods. In his memoir, Obama said he wanted to go to Harvard Law School with the goal of making large-scale change as a national politician, and McKnight was the individual who wrote him a letter of recommendation. Obama said that being tutored by McKnight, Galluzzo and Kruglik was "the best education I ever had, better than anything I got at Harvard Law School." (emphasis added)

Obama's 'birth certificate' not acceptable in Hawaii?

WASHINGTON – The Hawaiian certification of live birth Barack Obama posted on his campaign website and distributed to select news organizations as proof he was a "natural born citizen" would not be accepted as a "birth certificate" even for some Hawaiian state government eligibility issues, WND has learned.

The investigation follows a Honolulu Star Bulletin column Saturday, which quotes a state Department of Health spokeswoman as saying the state's current certification of live birth is recognized "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements."

The website of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, however, states clearly the certification of live birth touted by the Obama campaign, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs and a host of other Obama defenders is not acceptable as a form of identification to qualify under this program.

As WND has reported, certifications of live birth were widely issued to Hawaiians born in foreign countries in 1961, the year Obama was born.

The Star Bulletin column goes on to report: "The issue of what constitutes an official Hawaii birth certificate received national attention during last year's presidential campaign. Those who doubted Barack Obama's American citizenship called the copy of the Hawaii birth document posted on his campaign website a fake."

However, Obama's "citizenship" was never the question raised during the campaign or after the election. The issue raised by WND has consistently been that Obama failed to prove he was actually born in Hawaii and thus constitutionally qualified to become president as a "natural born citizen" – which requires that the birth took place in the United States.

The qualifications for the Hawaiian Home Lands program require a certified copy of a standard birth certificate – also known as the "long-form certificate" filled out in the hospital and including details such as the name of the hospital and the attending physician.

"In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green," the qualifications state. "This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL."

According to Hawaii's Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo, the state only issues "certifications" of live births since 2001 when the health department went paperless. It is only available in electronic form, she said.

"At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting," she is quoted as telling the Star Bulletin. "The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests," Okubo said.

She did not explain how those needing a standard long-form birth certificate to qualify for programs such as those offered by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands or to establish proof of eligibility to be president could be fulfilled. She said the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state's current certification of live birth "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements." She did not, however, cite any specific rulings, and the Supreme Court has not taken up the issue of whether the certification of live birth would qualify a presidential candidate as eligible under the "natural born citizen" clause

Many of members of the public commenting on the Star Bulletin column raised similar questions:

"I'm fifty years old and I need to apply for a passport," wrote one. "So I scan some representation of COLB onto my Facebook page. If I take my laptop to the DMV, can I just open my laptop to show my web page to the clerk who will then verify my citizenship and issue me a legal passport? I'm sorry but some documents need a paper trail."

"To be president you need to be a 'natural born citizen,'" said another. "That means you are born in this country of 'parents that are citizens.' Note that both 'parent' and 'citizen' are plural. His father was a British subject and, yes, under the laws of both the United States and the UK at the time [when] he was born, Obama's citizenship was passed by descent of the father. These are the facts. We have laws and no one is above them."

"There seems to be a great deal of secrecy surrounding this whole situation," said another. "I've read that he has three legal teams keeping his info private. He has also had all his college records sealed. So this is transparency and change? Why all the mystery?"

Additional controversy over where Obama was born came when the woman the president says is his paternal grandmother, Sarah Obama, claimed to have been present at her grandson's birth in Mombasa, Kenya.

Joseph Farah, WND editor and chief executive officer, launched a national billboard campaign last month in an effort to keep the issue before the American people. The billboards, being leased around the country, ask the simple question, "Where's the birth certificate?" Farah is asking the public to support his campaign with donations. So far, more than $75,000 has been collected.

Last week, CBS, the largest provider of outdoor advertising in the country, announced it would refuse requests for space for the campaign. But Farah says CBS' refusal to lease space for the campaign will not hinder it.

"There are plenty of other billboard companies willing and eager to take our money," said Farah. "The only obstacle to this campaign is raising the money necessary to make it truly a national phenomenon."

The billboard campaign followed one launched months earlier to collect the names on an electronic petition demanding accountability and transparency on the issue. So far, that petition has gathered nearly 400,000 names.

The campaign got a boost last week when WND White House correspondent Les Kinsolving asked Obama's press secretary, Robert Gibbs, why the president wouldn't release his birth certificate. Gibbs' response was covered live on C-SPAN and by Fox News Channel and others – excluding CBS.

It was the first time any member of the press corps has publicly asked a member of the administration a question directly related to Obama's constitutional eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen."

Congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen," but no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth.

Both the petition and the billboard campaign are part of what Farah calls an independent "truth and transparency campaign."

The first sign to be posted under the campaign, a digital, electronic one, is up and online on Highway 165 in Ball, La. – the result of a donation by the owner. In addition, based on the heavy volume of financial donations in the first days of the campaign, WND was able to commit to leasing three more standard billboards – one in Los Angeles, another in Orange County, Calif. and a third in Pennsylvania.

Gypsy, thank you for the post. If more people would have investigate him and learned of his background I don't think he would have gotten elected. Too bad people were just happy with the "hope and change" chant. How sad that we have come to this.

Keep on drinking that Kool-Aid, folks. Why if you question his birth more and more, maybe the Hawaiian birth certificate and the announcement in the Hawaiian newspaper will both go away, and then your questions would become relevant.
