PEOPLE NOT WORKING TOO MANY YOUNG LADYS AS SINGLE PARENT'S
BEING REWARDED FOR BAD DECISIONS.MOST ARE RECIEVING CASH HOUSING AND EDUCATION.OUR SYSTEM OF GIVING MUST BE UP DATED WERE WE ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF THE FATHER'S NOR THE BOYFRIEND'S OF THESE MOTHER'S THAT'S NEEDING HELP NO GIRL CHILD IS BORN PREGANTE IT'S THE DECISIONS THEY ARE MAKING IT'S NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S THE PEOPLE'S TO KEEP REWARDING BAD CHOICE WHEN IS ENOUGHT IS ENOUGHT THESE BENIFITS NEED NOT BE TAKING AWAY ALL AT ONCE,THAT'S NOT GOOD FOR THE CHILD BUT THE MOTHER SHOULD GIVE TIME BACK TO THE COMMUINTY 24 HOUR DAY CARE REHAB-HOMES TAKING MEALS TO THE OLD VISITING OUR SOLDIER'S THAT BEING SENT AWAY FROM THEIR FAMILY FOR THE SAFTY OF OUR'S TEN / TWENTY HOURS AN MONTH IS NOT TO MUST TO GIVE BACK

I think more people would take this post seriously if it weren't typed with caps lock turned on.
While the sentiment is sincere, there is not a clear policy goal in this post. Also, caps lock is not cruise control for cool.
