Obama should have ALL the senior members of the Bush administration who can be proven to have committed or approved torture ARRESTED AND CONVICTED.

That includes the war criminals Bush and Cheney.

Does that include Democrats? Pandora's box, my dear. The rabbit hole goes really, really, deep.

Ah c'mon now, do you really want to see pictures of some guys getting water squirted up their nose for 20 seconds? You know those guys at Yale do the craziest things in those secret fraternity initiations. How about some pictures of that instead? It's a lot more exciting!

I have no need personally, but the pyscho's that torture their fellow human being must be brought to justice. These same monsters lied and created intelligene to justify their evil wars of aggression in the first place.

You can't squirt water up a terrorist's nose but you can taze a student for refusing to get off her cell phone, or a college kid who disrupts a speech. Being tazed is painful torture..we can torture our own citizens but aren't allowed to induce discomfort on a known terrorist who may have information that leads to the prevention of the massacre of hundreds of our citizens.

That includes EVERYONE who broke the Geneva Convention and U.S. Law, including Democrats!! But mostly its directed at people who formulated and prosecuted the crime. Harvest the bastids!!!

You also have to consider the rights to privacy of the victims of the torture.

Our laws were never intended to be partisan, if a Democrat or Republican violate our laws they must be held accountable, whether the lie to make wars of aggressioin or demolish a world trade center or missrepresent the People by voting on legislation in favor of Corporte interests in exchange for political donations. I personally fear that the United States is now run by little more than a gang of thieves that are out to reap what ever they are able virtually only for their own personal gain, rather than doing their sworn duty to protect and defend our Constitution. Our immoral politican representatives must be held accountable for their missdeeds as they do their missdeeds, rather than by the intent of our new President that wishes to sweep all of the crimes done under a carpet and not be acted upon. After 8 years of tyranny and wars of aggression we must require rule of law and restoration of Our damaged constitutional law, without hiding of anything at all as our New president is seeking. That is wrong and is an evil work we hopefully will have put down.

We should treat the terrorists according to the laws of their own countries. And we should show the world the pictures. Then you ignorant liberals could get a glimpse of real torture and abuse.

Were any of them really terrorists? Really? Or were they picked up off some Middle Eastern steet and tortured until they were convinced they better confess to what ever they were told to confess? the facts we can learn simply don't jive.

At first it was said that bin Laden was the mastermind. The CIA then published Videos of what was said to be bin Laden and confirmed to be bin Laden, but they, each time were not bin laden, except in one tape that was a collection of bits and pieces from earlier videos - a con again. And there is and never was any evidence to place bin Laden as the brains at all in what did happen. Everything officially published is continually and repeatedly proven faked.

There is very much evidence that proves what really happen, but our officials at the Whitehouse level refuse to publish it or use those facts or even begin a real investigation. Those same officials now cover Bush and Cheney in our courts to stop even what is proven and know to be fact by the public concerning the crimes of war. We want and must have the open government that Obama promised that he would sponsor and more as well. We have to do a thorough cleaning if we areto survive as a democracy.
