Chilling Open Government -- Method Two

Why Is This Idea Important?: Obama gave them 120 days. At the very end of that time period, this substitute forum was offered. However, at OSTP, there is not even a pretense at participation and collaboration. In fact, the entire design is meant to chill exactly that.

Rather than permitting discussion of what was presented in stage one, limit the conversation in stage two.

Obama offer three concepts. Transparency, participation, collaboration.

There is no proper foundation for ignoring the dominant issues presented by the people.

Do not permit them to sabotage this process. It is our government. Continue to notify the White house that we await a truly open discussion, and an opportunity for genuine collaboration.

    Agreed.

    Limit conversation in stage two to the discussion of why Obama is so scared to released any of his past records and whether or not he is even qualified to be president.

    And ban anyone who insists that tries to disrupt that conversation.
