They are nowhere near being equil and are not treated as being equil in a court of law. Why do you think the Government requires the Birth Cirtificate?

If the Court system would just allow one of the cases to continue to discovery and then rule upon the merit of the case, we could all get back to discussing how to improve our government.

If Obama doesn't have anything to hide, then what was the purpose of E.O. 13489? This Executive Order was to insure that all records of his were to be archived, and because of National Security, not be released.

To cover this action up, he also revoked Bushes

E.O. so that several of his records could be released to the general public.

Obama is pulling a fast one here, and that is one of the reasons why We The People deserve the right to see his Long Form Birth Certificate.

This certificate must be examined by an independent, non partisan, panel to determine it's legitimacy, this way all will know the truth of the matter. N.I.S.T. will not do, nor will Factcheck on this issue.

In his speech yesterday in Egypt, he made several references to the fact that he holds dual citizenship, this isn't allowed either.

I don't know who Gibbs speaks for but he never said the one on the internet came from 0bama or is authentic, he did make some joking reference to something but as it seemed he was tripping on LSD I don't see how anything he said was important.

The fact remains 0bama has never once said the certificate on the web is his.

Find a statement from 0bama that says anything at all about the authenticity of the one on the web.

It would be much more difficult if not impossible to fake a Certificate of Live Birth (long form).

The certificate of live birth has third party information that can be corroborated, such as, delivering doctors name, witness names, etc.

You've got to be kidding. This is an event from 48 years ago. In order to fake a Certificate of Live Birth all you'd have to do is get the names of doctors and witnesses who are long dead. That should be easy.

I have seen what was posted on both sites, and they are most definitely fake. To many inconsistencies and even the registration number has been blacked out. Why is That? Obama has always and will always deceive the people. That is what Narcissists do.

Think about it for a second.. all it would take, is a shred of proof to bring them down and remove them from office. This is being done on a lower lever, aka.. Local and State. By doing it in this manner, it gives the Higher ups a level of protection.. aka.. "we had noting to do with it" exp.. True we are in some pretty crazy times, and the majority of what is going on is a combination of years of Robbery by the Federal Reserve, and the puppeticians that they have paid off. The Best thing that you can do at the time is call your congressperson and ask them to Co Sponsor HR1207.

This Bill is imperative to the beginning of getting this Once Great Nation back on its feet both Fiscally and Morally.

To get a long-form, you also have to provide a valid reason for them to go to the extra effort and expense. This BS isn't a valid reason. The short-form contains all the necessary information.

I doubt you've looked at the hi-res photos at factcheck.org. And only the first picture posted had the registration number blacked out. That was supposedly because Obama's campaign staff wasn't sure if there was personal information coded in it (a design error often found in older computer system designs/designers). None of the subsequent pictures had anything blacked out.

No you don't need a "Reason" for a long form Birth Certificate. I paid $10 dollars 2 months ago

for mine, and in the form request area all I had to do was place "LONG FORM" in it. I then mailed off the request to Indianapolis and 4 days later I had it.

I have my short form also, all I had to do for that was pay $7 at the Bi-County Dept. of Health.

So your reasoning doesn't hold water.

Comparing the two, the short form doesn't have any pertinent information on it.

And, the Judge further ruled that such a challenge could only be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. To use the Judge's words, this is "the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of President..."

That means that no one, except a Member of Congress, and only on one certain day of the year following the Presidential election, can challenge the qualifications of a President-Elect! And then, the challenge can only be successful if a majority of the Members of Congress support the challenge! And that means that the politicians, not the people, are in control of who becomes President if there is an eligibility issue!

Is that what you want? Do you believe that the majority party in both Houses of Congress should be deciding who is eligible to serve as President? Do you want Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, or Harry Reid deciding who is President?

That means that the requirements of the U. S. Constitution as to the eligibility of the man or woman who runs for President to serve as President are meaningless!

The voters of the United States of America have the right to know whether Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen," as REQUIRED by the U. S. Constitution!

It's a question that MUST be answered!

Why? Because, if an unqualified person was elected to the Office of President of the United States, our entire form of government could be compromised!

Why?

Because, if Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to serve as President of the United States, each and every act that he takes as President will be null and void! That's right, each bill that he signs into law, every Executive Order that he issues, and each and every one of his nominations to his Cabinet and to the federal courts will have no legal effect!

I don't make that statement lightly. It's not an exaggeration.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution provides, in pertinent part, as follows: "No Person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

That means that neither Osama Bin Laden, nor California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, nor Obama billionaire money man George Soros can serve as President of the United States. That also means that if Barack Obama was born outside of the United States, he is not eligible to serve as President of our great country!

So where was Mr. Obama born?

He claims to have a copy of his birth certificate. That means that either he knows where he was born, or he's lying about having that document.

And only Barack Hussein Obama's ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE can answer that question of where he was born. But he has teams of attorneys, all across the country, spending, and doing, whatever it takes to make sure that no one, and I mean NO ONE, will be allowed to see the one document that can clear up this controversy

Mr. Obama has claimed that his Presidential administration will be the most transparent in history. Yet, he will not make public the one document that could end all of the questions about the legitimacy of his election as President.

And you have to ask yourself, WHY?

Is it because this is some unimportant "technicality"? No, a requirement of the U. S. Constitution is not a mere "technicality"!

Is it because "President" Obama (if he is the President of the United States) has more important issues to deal with, and can't spare the time to deal with such a trivial issue? No, what is more important than the integrity of the Office of the President?

Or, is there something more involved?

Another question that the Obamaphiles don't want to answer is why, in 2005, was a law firm with ties to Mr. Obama researching the question as to how to evade the requirements of Article II of the United States Constitution, regarding the requirements to serve as President. 2005? Three years before the Presidential campaign?

If that doesn't raise questions in your mind, then nothing will!

And then there's the statements made by representatives of the State of Hawaii!

According to Dr. Chiyome Fukino, of the State of Hawaii's Department of Health,

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

Exactly what does that mean? If she can access it, why can't we? It is that very record that USJF financed lawsuits in Mississippi and in Hawaii were seeking to force into the public arena! But Obama's attorneys, and his allies in state government, stopped those efforts cold!

So, the time of decision is now!

Do we give up?

Do we just ignore this threat to our Constitution? To our very form of government?

We here at USJF say NO!

Now is not the time to give up this fight!

Now is not the time to walk away from the most important Constitutional battle in our lifetime!

Hmm Battleforce I didn't realize that Barry Soeroro was on the board of who owns fact check, if thats true then thats a really significant thing. Also, i suppose when you think about it, it makes sense... who's gonna question the reliability of a site called "factcheck.org"? As for restoring this nations ideals... Look at it this way. I'm in college ("oh well that explains it") and I go to an art school, specifically. As such I've got friends attending (and professors teaching) from all over the world; Lebanon, Turkey, Singapore, Mexico, China... and they're all normal people just like me. The same holds true at my catering job; I know people from Columbia, Brazil, Morocco, Europe, etc.

As globalization runs rampant, a single (albeit very diversified) global youth culture has developed. United by world spanning pop culture and glued together by the power of the internet, this culture is DESPERATE for a new world that works.

That desperation is a direct side-effect of treacherous economic policies worldwide (war for profit, waste attributed with futures trading on the stock market, downplaying of scientific data for political and personal gain, subsidies for flawed industries, suppression of developing democratic states, etc.). That desperation is accompanied by a sense of helplessness, that an individual has no strength and must always re-align himself with the outer world because he is too weak to manifest his inner world (hopes and dreams) within it.

This helplessness has been inflicted upon us. We are not weak. We participate in this global theater because we don't know what else to do, but should we all choose to sidestep goverment and govern ourselves suddenly these problems would be gone.

This is where things go wrong. How can mankind possibly govern itself without these institutions in place, these things we so feebly shake a fist at but can't shake?

I forget who said it, but his words are the basic philosophy of the secret Yale society Skull and Bones. He said that until Reason is the religion of mankind, the objective is to get to that point (by any and all necessary methods). My thoughts are that if we as a race had one unifying ideology, utilitarian and fair, we would be capable of running the world ourselves through cooperation, without a vestigial (and often parasitic) government disseminating all of our hard work and money. The internet is a key tool in this evolution (as evidenced by this forum).

Heres my point. We don't need nations. We don't need presidents. But, we can't simply overthrow everything either, because then we're all just going to die. We need to better ourselves individually within this theater. We need to wait for the right moment... and then walk away and face the challenges of world ourselves without relying on "leaders". I know it all seems completely proposterous but we are entirely on the edge of a new world, and we can open ourselves up to the possibilities of it or we can try to maintain our old broken systems in a world thats changing faster and faster and faster and hope that we make it to whatever 'other side' alright.

Seeing that you are in the Arts, and not really into History or have been taught anything about the Constitution and our history prior to 1913, then you will just love your servitude under the Fascist United Nations, and the Banksters (who will rule over the U.N.). The Certificate of Live Birth that Barry Soetoro provided for the public to see on the net wouldn't even allow him to buy property in Hawaii. The Long Form Birth Certificate is required, by their law, in order to purchase property.

If you would do a research in the Newspapers from Hawaii, you will see in some of the Editorials Cold Hard Facts concerning the legitimacy of Usurper Obama's Certificate of Live Birth isn't good enough. And that is what their Law states. If is isn't good enough to buy land, then it isn't good enough proof to be considered as a Natural Born Citizen Qualification.

You do the research as I have also, open your eyes to the truth of the situation. He is not a Natural Born Citizen of this Union of States.

WASHINGTON – The Hawaiian certification of live birth Barack Obama posted on his campaign website and distributed to select news organizations as proof he was a "natural born citizen" would not be accepted as a "birth certificate" even for some Hawaiian state government eligibility issues, WND has learned.

The investigation follows a Honolulu Star Bulletin column Saturday, which quotes a state Department of Health spokeswoman as saying the state's current certification of live birth is recognized "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements."

The website of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, however, states clearly the certification of live birth touted by the Obama campaign, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs and a host of other Obama defenders is not acceptable as a form of identification to qualify under this program.

As WND has reported, certifications of live birth were widely issued to Hawaiians born in foreign countries in 1961, the year Obama was born.

The Star Bulletin column goes on to report: "The issue of what constitutes an official Hawaii birth certificate received national attention during last year's presidential campaign. Those who doubted Barack Obama's American citizenship called the copy of the Hawaii birth document posted on his campaign website a fake."

However, Obama's "citizenship" was never the question raised during the campaign or after the election. The issue raised by WND has consistently been that Obama failed to prove he was actually born in Hawaii and thus constitutionally qualified to become president as a "natural born citizen" – which requires that the birth took place in the United States.

The qualifications for the Hawaiian Home Lands program require a certified copy of a standard birth certificate – also known as the "long-form certificate" filled out in the hospital and including details such as the name of the hospital and the attending physician.

"In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green," the qualifications state. "This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL."

According to Hawaii's Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo, the state only issues "certifications" of live births since 2001 when the health department went paperless. It is only available in electronic form, she said.

"At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting," she is quoted as telling the Star Bulletin. "The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests," Okubo said.

She did not explain how those needing a standard long-form birth certificate to qualify for programs such as those offered by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands or to establish proof of eligibility to be president could be fulfilled. She said the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state's current certification of live birth "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements." She did not, however, cite any specific rulings, and the Supreme Court has not taken up the issue of whether the certification of live birth would qualify a presidential candidate as eligible under the "natural born citizen" clause

Many of members of the public commenting on the Star Bulletin column raised similar questions:

"I'm fifty years old and I need to apply for a passport," wrote one. "So I scan some representation of COLB onto my Facebook page. If I take my laptop to the DMV, can I just open my laptop to show my web page to the clerk who will then verify my citizenship and issue me a legal passport? I'm sorry but some documents need a paper trail."

"To be president you need to be a 'natural born citizen,'" said another. "That means you are born in this country of 'parents that are citizens.' Note that both 'parent' and 'citizen' are plural. His father was a British subject and, yes, under the laws of both the United States and the UK at the time [when] he was born, Obama's citizenship was passed by descent of the father. These are the facts. We have laws and no one is above them."

"There seems to be a great deal of secrecy surrounding this whole situation," said another. "I've read that he has three legal teams keeping his info private. He has also had all his college records sealed. So this is transparency and change? Why all the mystery?"

Additional controversy over where Obama was born came when the woman the president says is his paternal grandmother, Sarah Obama, claimed to have been present at her grandson's birth in Mombasa, Kenya.

Joseph Farah, WND editor and chief executive officer, launched a national billboard campaign last month in an effort to keep the issue before the American people. The billboards, being leased around the country, ask the simple question, "Where's the birth certificate?" Farah is asking the public to support his campaign with donations. So far, more than $75,000 has been collected.

Last week, CBS, the largest provider of outdoor advertising in the country, announced it would refuse requests for space for the campaign. But Farah says CBS' refusal to lease space for the campaign will not hinder it.

"There are plenty of other billboard companies willing and eager to take our money," said Farah. "The only obstacle to this campaign is raising the money necessary to make it truly a national phenomenon."

The billboard campaign followed one launched months earlier to collect the names on an electronic petition demanding accountability and transparency on the issue. So far, that petition has gathered nearly 400,000 names.

The campaign got a boost last week when WND White House correspondent Les Kinsolving asked Obama's press secretary, Robert Gibbs, why the president wouldn't release his birth certificate. Gibbs' response was covered live on C-SPAN and by Fox News Channel and others – excluding CBS.

It was the first time any member of the press corps has publicly asked a member of the administration a question directly related to Obama's constitutional eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen."

Congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen," but no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth.

Both the petition and the billboard campaign are part of what Farah calls an independent "truth and transparency campaign."

The first sign to be posted under the campaign, a digital, electronic one, is up and online on Highway 165 in Ball, La. – the result of a donation by the owner. In addition, based on the heavy volume of financial donations in the first days of the campaign, WND was able to commit to leasing three more standard billboards – one in Los Angeles, another in Orange County, Calif. and a third in Pennsylvania.

Hmm battleforce I think you missed my point, and youre dead wrong if you think I give an OUNCE of trust to this (or really any) government. I wasn't for the "New World Order" as you seem to think I am. I was proposing something altogether outside of our current understanding of how the world can be organized. I was saying that people from the rest of the world were, for the first time ever in history, ready for this kind of a change. I was saying that since the global economic machine is firmly in the fascist's control, we need to abandon the machine altogether and get to where we want to go ourselves.

I also know a fair amount of history, for instance how James Madison proposed that the Constitution should be written in such a manner as to protect the wealthy few from having their wealth taken by the masses.

I know how, in the Spanish American war, America launched a war on Spain based on an attack on the USS Maine (supposedly Spain, but?). "Suppressed" Cubans, who had already nearly defeated their spanish occupiers, were rewarded for their efforts by being put under American control. America also (luckily or intentionally) gained control of the phillipines and guam.

I know about the "ratlines" out of Germany that Nazis took to escape persecution, helped by America in exchange for a wealth of fantastic technology (perhaps even the Uranium used in the Hiroshima bomb). I know how American banks (including a bank run by Prescott Bush, GWB's grandfather) funded both the rise of the third reich and the rebuilding of the European economy in Post WWII. I also know that Henry Ford built an armada of army trucks for Hitler.

I know how the Reagan era single-handedly destroyed decades of freedom's progress, making americans work longer and harder for less money, throwing millions more in prison and rewriting the American economy with the help of the federal reserve.

I know how racism was created by pre-Revolution American lords in an effort to stop poor whites from joining blacks to overthrow them.

I know that this is the end of America, and the world, as we know it. No damned birth certificate is gonna change it. We have two worlds to choose from after this one is over though; ours, or 'theirs'. If we want ours though, we've got a lot of work to do.

My Humble apologizes then, I apparently did miss read it. But I am not for any type of world order.

I would rather see our government back in it's constitutional form, and let every one else look at how it is really suppose to be, Lead By Example.

Many in our Government should be tried under the Logan Act for much of what they are doing, but I highly doubt that that would happen, at least not until We The People take our country back to its Rule Of Law, not Rule of the Masses.

I take it you read the same WND article that phylmike34 posted. Did you note that it is for a program to provide land to native Hawaiians, meaning those with at least 50% Hawaiian blood. BO obviously doesn't qualify, for that, so it's a moot point. Note the last sentence. They will accept the Certification of Live Birth, which puts the lie to earlier allegations in the same article.

And, if they keep that requirement, what are they going to do when those born since 2001 reach an age to apply for a homestead? Apparently there are no longer any long-form BCs being issued, at least not by hospitals. The birth is now registered electronically.

There's nothing secret about when Arthur's father was naturalized. You can find the naturalization certificate at http://www.scribd.com/doc/11067180/William-Arthur-father-of-President-Chester-Arthur-Naturalization-certificate-1843-Congress. There wasn't an issue in 1880 about Arthur's status as a "natural born citizen" either, because he was one. Hinman pursued the "born in Canada, or maybe Ireland" tack because that was the only one that counted.

And Charles Guiteau, Garfield's assassin, was not "a fanatical Chester Arthur supporter". He was a fanatical Garfield supporter, who believed that he was single-handedly responsible for Garfield's election. I take it you read the same WND article that phylmike34 posted. Did you note that it is for a program to provide land to native Hawaiians, meaning those with at least 50% Hawaiian blood. BO obviously doesn't qualify, for that, so it's a moot point. Did you read: "In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green," the qualifications state. "This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Note the last sentence. They will accept the Certification of Live Birth, which puts the lie to earlier allegations in the same article.

And, if they keep that requirement, what are they going to do when those born since 2001 reach an age to apply for a homestead? Apparently there are no longer any long-form BCs being issued, at least not by hospitals. The birth is now registered electronically.

I largely agree. The bailout is a perfect example of privatizing profits, while socializing risks. The money could have been used more effectively to jump start the economy in several other ways, generally aimed at the bottom of the economy, where the hurt is, instead of at the top, where the fault is. Mortgage assistance directly to the people paying mortgages would be one way.

There's even a proposal that I saw, where the government would offer a few million people nearing retirement a million apiece to retire early, provided that they either bought a new house or paid off their old one, and bought a new car. A few million new jobs opening up, a few million mortgages paid off, a few million new car orders. Wouldn't that jump start the economy!

One thing you're displaying is very black-and-white thinking. The world is far more complex than "liberal vs. conservative". Even if you accept the simplistic "left-right" political paradigm, it's a line, not two points. There's a center and every variation between the extremes.

A better paradigm is the two-dimensional model with "personal freedom" on one axis and "economic freedom" on the other, promoted by the libertarians. The reality, of course, is far more complex than that. An accurate model would require a separate dimension for each issue.

The Homeland program will accept the Certification. Their website simply says that the Certificate will speed things up. Since, apparently, the Certificate doesn't exist for anyone born after 2001....

And, having read Dr. Fukino's statement (http://hawaii.gov/health/about/pr/2008/08-93.pdf) about the BC, I note that it says that they have BO's original BC "on record", not that they have the original in physical form. Combining that with the article posted by evreport, it seems at least possible that the original now exists only as bits on DASD somewhere on a State of Hawaii computer.

The Certification of Live Birth is not the equivalent of an unsigned Bill of Sale. The CoLB is an official, state-certified document that is the birth certificate, for all official purposes. You simply refuse to accept the law. And the facts.

To get a long-form, you also have to provide a valid reason for them to go to the extra effort and expense. This BS isn't a valid reason. The short-form contains all the necessary information.

I doubt you've looked at the hi-res photos at factcheck.org. And only the first picture posted had the registration number blacked out. That was supposedly because Obama's campaign staff wasn't sure if there was personal information coded in it (a design error often found in older computer system designs/designers). None of the subsequent pictures had anything blacked out.

If you had been born in Hawaii, and asked, today, for an official copy of your birth certificate, what you would get is the Certification of Live Birth. That is your birth certificate, for official purposes. That is proof of citizenship, for official purposes. There's no need to look at the long-form. There's nothing on the long-form that is needed to prove Obama's citizenship that isn't on the short-form BC.

More and more states, as they modernize, are doing the same thing. I would hope that some, now that imaging and storage are getting so cheap, would changes to storing hi-res images of the original BC, and just print that out when needed. But that's not the way it is right now in Hawaii.

Again, what need is there to look at the long-form BC? What information do you need that isn't on the short form?

It is an extract from the database built from the original birth certificate. It contains all of the information necessary to prove citizenship. It is accepted by the State Department and every state in the country for that purpose, as long as it has the required signature and raised seal, which Obama's does.

As for your reply to evreport, did you even bother to read what they posted? Your reply is totally off-the-wall. The State of Hawaii, apparently since 2001, no longer issues a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth when someone asks for their birth certificate. They print off a Certification of Live Birth, stamp the back, apply the raised seal, and send that out. That is the official copy of the birth certificate these days.

The only thing on the back is a preprinted label: "This is to certify that this is a true and current reproduction of the record filed in the Section of Vital Records, [State] Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Health." Then it's signed and dated by the "Director, Bureau of Health Statistics".

Based on the picture from FactCheck, Hawaii uses rubber stamps for the same purpose.

Medical providers, which includes hospitals, are prohibited from releasing Protected Health Information. Some states may have even stricter laws. So, just because they're NOT ALLOWED to tell you that he was born there doesn't mean that he wasn't born there. If you ask any hospital if someone was born there, you should get, at best, a "we don't reveal that sort of information".

Actually, WND lies a lot to keep the issue in public view.

WND, back in August, had forensic experts look at the Certification of Live Birth that Obama and factcheck posted, and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So your unanswered questions have been answered. The birth certificate (short form) can be viewed at factcheck.org. The long-form is in the archives of the Hawaii Department of health. Since the short-form contains all the relevant information, there's no reason for anyone to violate Hawaiian law and examine the long-form.

Now, you mentioned intellectual honesty earlier. Try displaying some now. What reason is there for this to go any further? What 'debate' is there to quash when all the facts are on one side?

And, if you don't trust the bureaucrats in Hawaii, why would anyone believe that you would trust the results of any examination of the long-form BC?

But, to briefly address one of your points, every Republican administration since WWII, right up until Shrub, had to deal with a Democratic Congress, with very minor exceptions. While very Democratic administration, up until Clinton's last two years, had to deal only with...a Democratic Congress. And Clinton's last two years were two of his best, though I tend to believe that that's only because the Republicans got elected based on the Contract with America, and they had to make at least a token effort to follow through, or lose the next election.

Would having to deal with a mostly hostile Congress most of the time help explain their lower performance?

First, no, you can't go to Hawaii and get a Certification of Live Birth. If you were born outside the country and could provide proof of that, you could get a Certification of Foreign Birth. That will NOT say that you were born in Hawaii. It will say that you were born in a foreign country.

A Certification of Live Birth is an extract of the database record that was built from the Certificate of Live Birth that was registered after birth. It's not some magic document that anyone can get. Whoever tells you that it is, is lying to you.

And, yes, you did say "the constitution says you have to show your birth certificate". In reality, it says you have to be a "natural born citizen" to be President or Vice President, but it never defines what that means.

This would be a good idea, if we didn't have political parties, if more of the population actually had an education, and if events of the last few days (Dr. Tiller's assassination and the shooting at the recruiting station) didn't point up the benefits of anonymity.

Now I see what you're talking about as far as voting and comments. You're looking at the user profile. To see how they voted, click on the entry in the User Activity Stream. That will take you to the topic, and how each person voted is displayed there. You can also use the time in the comments posted to relate some of the comments back to the subject. Yes, that ("some") appears o be a design flaw. Another design flaw is that any time you move the mouse cursor inside a comment text box, a little box pops up for a few seconds saying "Comment Text".

They also need to look at the screen layout. It's too easy to push the width out too far, making it hard to use. For one thing, maybe the little Users Activity box, on the upper right, should be indented to the left.

This post isn't any more appropriate than the endless "Show us the BC" being posted by the mindless haters. It's certainly not tolerant, and definitely overgeneralizes, lumping all conservatives in with the intellectually-challenged. Yes, they are acting like children, but they are not representative of conservatives as a whole.

0bama has never, not one time, said the certificate posted on the web was; his, came from his files,nor authentic and accurate.

Not one time in the year that this has been a news item.

You would think that there would have been a statement from 0bama to vouch for the accuracy of what was posted on the internet.

So, you must ask yourself, if he doesn't say it is his, and nobody has asked him if it is, and the only one he says is his has wrinkles and appears to be old, why do people think that he has provided anything?

Fukino never said he was born in Hawaii, people at that press conference would have quoted that.

She went no more that to state it was there, not what it proved. The article assumes that was what she said because you will notice they didn't put the quote marks up.

They were not quoting her and she has made no public statement that would lead a reasonable person to conclude that there was evidence he was born in Hawaii.

There was no birth in any Hawaii hospital in 1961 billed to an Obama or Dunham.

I know 1961 is a long time ago, but I seriously doubt that there would have been a birth without any billing.

I seriously doubt that B. S. has a valid claim of privacy and the rest of the people don't care if he does make that claim he promised transparency, oh and he promised no more pork and all bills will be up five days on the internet before he signs them and on and on.

This particular lie of his is a lie of omission.

He has never said one way or another on this subject.

Imagine that, a whole year and never saying a word.

Doesn't that mean something? How careful does he have to be to keep frem even mentioning whether that document on the web was from him or is accurate?

BUT

Since Fukino has done that much and B. S. hasn't complained, then he has effectively relinquished his privacy concerns and now should be at least as transparent as the 43 who came before.

If the document is his, why has he never claimed it?

Obama doesn't have to personally claim the BC to be his. It was put up by his campaign. The State of Hawaii hasn't claimed that it was fake. Don't you think they would know?

That BC says he's eligible to be President. There's no additional information on the 'original' BC that would make any difference.

And how do you know that "There was no birth in any Hawaii hospital in 1961 billed to an Obama or Dunham"? Are those records public, or are they protected under HIPAA? Where can we find the billing records for YOUR birth?

Obama asked for a copy of his birth certificate. Hawaii issued him what they issue everybody who asks for a copy of their birth certificate, the Certification of Live Birth. He displayed it on the internet, just so everyone could see it. What he displayed contains all of the information necessary to prove citizenship, including that he was born in Honolulu. Case closed.
