    I would prefer a NON-partisan group. It is not possible for our politicians to investigate each other and produce an honest result. Remember the 9/11 Commission? By the time those bipartisan hacks were finished every politician had been whitewashed - no politician had anything to do with destroying the USA intelleigence gathering system - according to the "bipartisan" politicians.
