I guess it depends on what the definition of "transparent" is.

Why Is This Idea Important?: Because it shows that this site, and the administration have misled the citizens of this country by offering a venue for thought that is ignored.

I was recently fascinated when I read that gold can be hammered so thinly that light can pass through it. To me, that is the true idea of transparency...that is, hammering through barriers that restrict illumination on any subject.

I am seriously disappointed (but not surprised)that the Office of the President is going to ignore the most posted topic on this site. In my opinion, this stonewalling only creates more doubt and fuels the idea that there is a conspiracy brewing.

Here is my suggestion: If the government is not going to listen to our genuine concerns on an issue (B.O.'s birth certificate), then they should not even open a website like this that hints at transparency.

I am going to start writing letters to the Supreme Court justices asking that they do their sworn duties in protecting the Consitution by examining the merits of this case. I urge each of you to do the same. It will cost you less than fifty cents. Please, though, make your arguments based not upon disdain for B.O., but out of our necessity as a nation to have a leader that has been found eligible to serve under our precious Constitution.

Bravo Zulu!

We should all write them the same letters every week until they decide to take one of the cases pending! They can't ignore us forever!

It's the currently most-posted topic because it is the currently most-spammed topic. That's how organized swarm attacks always result.

Better watch how many times you post on this site, otherwise they will delete your post like they did mine.

must write each justice individually. cost is about $4. i did this over a month ago, as did my friends. also mentioned to them the rumor that they held a closed door conference with obama without other side present (legal no no) and that if they did, they were acting outside of constitutional law which they must uphold. no response to date.

    remnanthome,

Please don't tell me that you really believe that this is a legitimate government website do you? It's a hoax and someone out there is playing with our minds. If it was from the fed it would end it (dot) gov. Not one piece of good or transparency will emanate from all this angst and anxiety. Sorry

When I was a child, and I acted like a spoiled 5 year old and I whined and stamped my feet and DEMANDED attention because I didn’t get my way…my parents sent me to my room. And I’d holler and wail and stamp my feet until I realized that I would not be invited back to participate with the adults and have my voice heard until I changed my behavior and quit acting like an ass.

I could stamp my feet all I wanted, and nobody cared…because I was acting like a rotten little creep and no one wanted me around. When I got tired of being excluded from adult conversation I told my parents I was sorry and that I was ready to be a part of the discussion again.

We would talk and I would express my needs and they would listen. Sometimes I would get the things I’d ask for and sometimes they would explain to me why I wasn’t going to get things the way I wanted them, but they would be respectful and consider my wants.

It’s time for “birther” conservatives to be sent to their room and ignored. To be left out of the conversation by the adults until they are willing to quit making demands and screaming and stomping their feet…to be sent to their rooms until they are willing to work WITH their family members to make a pleasant, peaceful and respectful home for all of us…instead of dominating the environment with selfish, childish pettiness.
