The constitutional right of conscience.

Why Is This Idea Important?: It is a slowly, over time, "lost right" by way of not understanding that it's there, or, what it is.

Make people aware of what the "constitutional right of conscience" is by proving it to them. "The constitutional right of conscience" on its face sounds redundant, but once understood that it's "our part of government" after the fact its importance becomes clear. The right to vote is before the fact, and, the right of conscience is our power over government after the fact. Type in "fully informed juries" on a search engine, do your research and be surprised at what you find.
