The Media did their Job in questioning Richard Nixon. Now they(The media) have their lips on the presidents behind and are not doing their Job! The people of America must pick up the slack of the media (In the tank for Obama who can do no wrong in their eyes) The free speech of the people must reign in on this issue. If he has a real United states birth certificate then it should not be a problem, but do not try and stop this movement as it will not stop and the more you try the more we will shout from the rooftops!

prima facie means "on the face of" or "Appears to be". If I said that I was the King of the Earth, that is prima facie evidence until you can prove otherwise in a court of law.

What the "birthers" are after is the base document that this prima facie evidence is based upon.

What raises more questions is Why would o spend a million dollars on legal manuvering to block that information instead of, and being generious in the total cost to the government, $500.00 to just show the Birth Cirtificate and get it over with? What, is he worried that someone will try to impersonate him?

Well I guess that is the type of public employee that you desire, one that would pay millions for an item that you could by for a few dollars.

No one questions the fact that he was BORN. We just don't know WHERE he was born. I have seen many testimonies that Hawaii issues these COLB's to just about anyone who asks for them.
