This birth certificate idea has nothing to do with suggesting principles and concepts for open government, transparency, etc. -- The birth certificate idea is a single issue item, not a principle. If you want openness in government, suggest or vote on principles that actually would be broadly applied in government, don't focus on single issues such as birth certificates of elected officials, etc. The birth certificate 'idea' has nothing to do with the purpose of this site.
