I have to show proof of birth in the US to get a driver's licence, many other LEGAL paperwork issues require a LEGAL birth certificate. The Constitution REQUIRES the President of the United STates to be born on US SOIL. Where is it wrong to require that BHO show us what we the 'little people' are so required, or is he above the LAW? If anyone questions this, his team of highly paid lawyers threaten the person till they back down. Why? Isn't he supposed to be open and transparent? To me, it sounds like this little but important issue of showing a simple but important document is too hard for this man who is supposedly to lead our country. So far, all I have seen him do is ignore or laugh about our REAL concern over this. Anyone who is too BLIND to this issue to follow blindly behind BHO and denigrate all those who politely ask for said document are really too narrowminded in their Obama worship to think for themselves.

Obama could silence us all very quickly merely by producing his long form birth certificate, but not only hasn't he done that, he's spent over $80,000. to block our access to it. Therefore this is a genius way to mobilze extremly dumb people or people with agenda's. (the fascism agenda)

If president Obama shows it, the fire only lights up more. Because new claims will be made that it's false and so and so on. Until the presidents credibility is completely destroyed.

Therefor I suggest to arrest Joseph Farah for treason. Lifetime prison sentence.

If that doesn't stop this stupidity, then I suggest that Obama take his Birth Certificate with him at all time and show it to each individual American, because Joseph Farah is already in jail. Therefor credibility is maintained.

*smiles* Interesting site, my understanding of a birth certificate is that it states: 1) the hospital and 2) the doctor who made the delivery. I beleive what is posted there is authentic; however, it is available to all who requested one, whether or not they actually were born on Hawaiian soil. So, why no hospital or doc?

Back to your original post, why the need to arrest a man for questioning his government? Should Dan Rather be arrested for questioning Bush's service in the Vietnam era? That is the Fascist position, to arrest those one diagrees with, to use force to execute change. This would cetainly be UnAmerican and would tear apart the country. Further, in reply to my argument, and the enumerated problems I have with the link you posted for us all, you ignored the points and proceeded to state that "[you] are the next generation . . . [and I am] outdated." While this may be true from a chronological perspective, it is not true in any sense of advancement. I hold to eternal truths found throughout time, and creation, truths you obviously wish to ignore. This is a Constitutional issue. Obama's Chief Foreign Policy Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski co-founded the Trilateral Commission along with David Rockefeller. John McCain had to provide more proof regarding his eligibility than OBAMA. John McCain's legitimate claim to seek the office of the president was vetted according to a particular standard! Obama's was NOT.

For anyone to contribute to this topic and remain credible then they first have to know the diffrerence between a certificate of live birth and a birth certifificate.

Then they will have to justify Obama having spent about a million dollars in legal fees to shut down the pressure being applied to force Hawaii to release the actual BIRTH CERTIFICATE which they claim they have.

It is not reasonable or rational or believable for a split second that a president whose mantra is transparency and change would go out of his way and spend taxpayer dollars to thwart an effort that would not otherwise be needed provided equal standards had been applied to both candidates to begin with.

If anyone can justify two standards applied to each presidential candidate seeking the highest office in the land let alone all the lower offices politicians vie for, then they are not espousing a credible opinion. They are merely espousing a random opinion grounded in nothing more than emotion and ignorance.

To go on further and expect, no less demand the nation submit to this uneven standard on the highest levels then what are we to expect will be demanded of us all in the future should we follow down this path.

Worrying about whether some crackpot with a few million bucks is out trying to get proof of the Presidents citizenship? There are a lot more worthwhile things to get worked up about. This is just one more of Farah's failed political endeavor's. He has a history of making outrageous paranoid claims and will continue so long as he has money. As opposed to the money Obama is spending on lawyers to keep his documents hidden? Documents we all have to produce whenever asked to establish the nature of our citizenship? I live in Pennsylvania and I have always been required to present my actual, hard-copy birth certificate to my employers. I suspect the same is true for regular Oklahomans, also. Maybe there are different rules for "independents," just like Obama, though.

I am politically independent also. To me, that means I don't follow the lead of others until they win my trust and respect. I've seen so much controversy over this issue in the last year, I want to know the name of the hospital and attending physician just to settle my mind. I wish someone would just ask him. I have read a UPI story and an AP story that names two different hospitals. The birthplaces of other presidents are historical landmarks; yet, we don't have anyone coming forward to place that distinction upon a location for Obama. Why? This is weird. I am a practical, sensible person. I don't like weird, politically or otherwise.

Sam you are so backward in your thinking it's comical. The simple fact of the matter is, Farah is not a traitor because he asks for proof of something. When I signed my son up for little league baseball we had to show his BIRTH CERTIFICATE, we had nothing to hide so we obliged or accomadated the request. Had he provided the document that so many people are asking to see this discussion would be over. Mr. Obama is the one who keeps this discussion going. A traitor is one who turns his back on his country, not one who asks a simple question. And with the political climate in this country I would think that everything coming out of Washington DC needs to be questioned. I don't trust any of our elected officials any more.

There are a lot of things people can do to extend their lifespans, in fact it makes very good sense to explore things like this in the face of the ruling elite's genocide agenda.
