Yes, I know, there are loons who claim that the Certification of Live Birth isn't really a birth certificate. Well, they're WRONG. What Obama has shown is sufficient to prove citizenship for any official purpose in the US.

I had a green certificate of birth. I tried to use it to get a driver's license. They said only an original copy of my birth certificate was acceptable. Why should there be a higher standard for a driver's license than to be President?

First, a Certificate of Live Birth IS a birth certificate. What you think you're talking about is a Certification of Live Birth, which is an extract from the state's database of birth certificates. If it's got the right signature on it, and the state's raised seal, it's just as good as a Certificate of Live Birth for proof of citizenship, anywhere in the US.
As for forged, WND looked at it back in August, and stated that it was not forged. Yeah, I know, WND isn't a usually reliable source, and they've been lying about the issue ever since.

Blooomberg, if it didn't have a raised seal and an official signature, it wasn't an official copy. More and more states are now just issuing a computer printout, signing it and adding the seal. It's cheaper than making a copy.

First, no, you can't go to Hawaii and get a Certification of Live Birth. If you were born outside the country and could provide proof of that, you could get a Certification of Foreign Birth. That will NOT say that you were born in Hawaii. It will say that you were born in a foreign country.
A Certification of Live Birth is an extract of the database record that was built from the Certificate of Live Birth that was registered after birth. It's not some magic document that anyone can get. Whoever tells you that it is, is lying to you.
And, yes, you did say "the constitution says you have to show your birth certificate". In reality, it says you have to be a "natural born citizen" to be President or Vice President, but it never defines what that means.

I have seen his birth certificate. You can too! High resolution photos of it are posted at factcheck.org. It has the proper signature and the proper raised seal. It says that he was born in Honolulu.

Nothing to certify on the back? Funny, I'm looking at my BC right now. The front is a copy of the original. The only thing on the back is a preprinted label: "This is to certify that this is a true and current reproduction of the record filed in the Section of Vital Records, [State] Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Health." Then it's signed and dated by the "Director, Bureau of Health Statistics".
Based on the picture from FactCheck, Hawaii uses rubber stamps for the same purpose.

When you certify a document you are saying it is a true and correct copy of the original. You put the raise seal on the front of the document and the name stamp on the front of the document. Not on the back. where is Alvin T. Onaka and why hasn't he been interviewed about this? His name is on the document. He is swearing that the document is true and correct. After seeing all of this "evidence" it shows that this is truly a faked document. Alvin T. Onaka should answer some questions.
