Haven't enough people suffered and died because they chose to use a certain PLANT to relieve suffering or just because they like it's effects?
No one has ever died from a overdose of cannabis, millions have died from using alcohol and nicotine.
Nicotine and alcohol are legal and for some stupid irrational reason, cannabis is not.

I agree with this; it is way past time to stop arresting nonviolent cannabis offenders and decriminalize this plant completely so we can utilize ALL aspects of cannabis:

Prohibition is a violation of the 9th amendment.
I wish people would stop asking government to legalize what they have no genuine authority to prohibit. You give the laws faith and credit they do not possess.
