Or better yet, since the country was founded by immigration and is still a nation made of many diverse nationalities the question of natural born becomes something less important than it may have been more than two hundred years ago. This was a time of extreme racism and intolerance of any differences within society. This metric alone should have us at least willing to posit the 21st century relevance of certain fragments of law and legislation and yes last but not least the Constitution. While the constitution is exstremely impressive, it does not mean that it is perfect, perfection is sought but never reached. It is the pursuit of perfection that must be our calling. This was a time where todays version of America could never exist. Todays America is culturally and ethnically more diverse than any other time in history. On the world change with respectful dialouge there is no equal in what it means to govern with respect for diversity while maintaining common principles.
Treason is defined in the Constitution, in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1. It "shall consist only" in levying war against the United States or giving aid and comfort to their enemies. Are you saying that keeping private records is an act of war?

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
“No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i.”
This site has been rigged so that the posts asking for Obama to support transparency by providing his own birth certificate, health records and college records are not properly counted, even when they do not get deleted.
I have done a personal count of more than 1,000 requests for his birth certificate. My analysis suggests there have been at least 5,000 request for Obama to produce his real birth certificate, college records, health records and other financial records.
It is possible to review this site to find the most requested ideas by scanning "Top Rated" posts, but the requests for Obama's records do not show up as being top rated. Those runnig this site are cooking the results.
According to the liars running this website the most requested item has NOT been Obama's birth certificate.

There is need for the citizenry to have faith and trust in their leader. Our leaders, in order to be perceived as trustworthy should not fear transparent, least of all transparency concerning an official birth certificate.
It is necessary for me to produce my official birth certificate to the DOJ in order to obtain a passport -- simply because I want to sail off on a cruise ship and go sight seeing for a couple of days. I am not go on a cruise with the purpose of affecting the education system, international affairs, to nominate individuals to the SCOTUS, or attempt to fix the US economy!

In Regards to MR. ARTHUR LEE's post. If I have a personal intersest of an unrelated RELATIVE that I would want to obtain personal documents, such as BIRTH CERTIFICATES, then there is no way that I can obtain them. This is the same as doing geneology. Only next of kin can obtain them. Since obama is living..still alive.. he can obtain the BIRTH CERTIFICATE and resolve the issue. WILL HE? JOKE!!!
