There IS a Massive Difference between a Birth Certificate and Whats Been Offered

Why Is This Idea Important?: The Constitutionality of the Office of the President MUST be considered as sacrosanct in America - and it is a bar that MUST be achieved -

The State of Hawaii most certainly DOES have a "Long Form Birth Certificate" To be a certified 'LEGAL' Birth Certificate it will show the Hospital where the birth occurred AND BE SIGNED by the attending Physician.

A Certificate of Live Birth is NOT, repeat, NOT the equivalent of a Legal Birth Certificate which includes specific information INCLUDING the attending Doctor, the date and time and location. A real Birth Certificate specifies, by signature, the Attending Doctor, as a legal entity licensed to practice medicine, that a live birth was accomplished while the Doctor was in attendance and the Doctor is signing a legal document to attest to that fact as required by law. A 'Certificate of live birth does NOT do this.

The continued attempts at obscuring the issue points out panic in an attempt to divert attention away from the fact that more than a $Million Dollars are being spent (spent by whom ?) to cover this issue up.

Saying a Certificate of Live Birth is acceptable is a flat out lie - reposting that continually smacks of Dr Goebbels telling the minions to shovel the most egregious lies out there again, and again, and again, and again until they are erroneously believed as suddenly speaking the truth, vs just posting volumes of lies.

It seems certain posters are posting such continual obscuring screeds in an attempt to misrepresent the truth - NO Birth Certificate has been posted - or EVER RELEASED ! Again, a Cert of Live Birth is NOT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE signed by a LICENSED Physician.

Dear Art - are you a paid poster reposting this below ad infinitum on any post mentioning the requested BIRTH CERTIFICATE, not the shorty, NON-PHYSICIAN SIGNED Cert of Live Birth ?

"Art Lee" Hawai'i doesn't have a long form birth certificate. But....

Here's a statement from Hawai'i's Health Director:

  1. This site has been rigged so that the posts asking for Obama to support transparency by providing his own birth certificate, health records and college records are not properly counted, even if they do not get deleted.

I have done a personal count of more than 1,000 requests for his birth certificate. My analysis suggests there have been at least 5,000 request for Obama to produce his real birth certificate, college records, health records and other financial records.

It is possible to review this site to find the most requested ideas by scanning "Top Rated" posts, but the requests for Obama's data do not show up as being top rated.

According to the liars running this website the most requested item has NOT been Obama's birth certificate.

Since Art Lee Couldn't be bothered to take the time to read what his own heroine said - I'll post this for him -

    "(Statement by Dr. Chiyome Fukino).

Dr. Fukino confirmed that Barack Obama's original 1961 LONG-FORM Hawaiian birth certificate EXISTS, and the Hawaii State Department of Health has possession of it."

Question: What is the state's policy for issuing a "Certification of Live Birth" versus a "Certificate of Live Birth"? My first, second and fourth children received certificates, but my third and fifth children received certifications. Why the difference? The certificate contains more information, such as the name of hospital, certifier's name and title; attendant's name and title, etc. The certification has only the child's name, date and time of birth, sex, city/island/county of birth, mother's maiden name, mother's race, father's name and father's race. Why doesn't the state just issue certificates? When did it stop issuing certificates? Is it possible to obtain certificates for my third and fifth children?

Answer: No, you can't obtain a "certificate of live birth" anymore.

The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo.

The department only issues "certifications" of live births, and that is the "official birth certificate" issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.

And, it's only available in electronic form.

Okubo explained that the Health Department went paperless in 2001.

"At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting," she said.

Information about births is transferred electronically from hospitals to the department.

"The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests," Okubo said.

Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department "does not have a short-form or long-form certificate."

"The birth certificate form has been modified over the years and decades to conform to national standards and models," she said.

Okubo also emphasized the certification form "contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate."

She added that the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state's current certification of live birth "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements."

The issue of what constitutes an official Hawaii birth certificate received national attention during last year's presidential campaign. Those who doubted Barack Obama's American citizenship called the copy of the Hawaii birth document posted on his campaign Web site a fake.

Asked about that document, Okubo said, "This is the same certified copy everyone receives when they request a birth certificate."
