what the hell makes you think any pot farmer will comply?? why would they want to help the government who screwed them?

I was never a supporter of putting a stigma on cannabis use.

I am here to try to reverse that!

Marijuana legalization is an important part of turning around this economic crisis. Low estimates place the savings alone in the billions each year. It is not, however, the only part. When it's legal, mrbuzzsaw, the large cannabis producers will be corporations, not the guys who got screwed for growing during prohibition. Just look at how alcohol prohibition and it's repeal affected this country. We have a situation approaching that now, it's time to end this senseless war, save some money, make a bit more and let people use a non-pharmaceutical, non-alcoholic, tobacco-free substance that has never killed anyone.

The magic plant , can be used for so much and not Just using it to write the Constitution on , yes our Constitution was written on Hemp Paper , planted across the USA to help win WW II making great rope and other products .

It is redicoulous not to have this legalized .

For those wanting to smoke it outside California , you must go to an illegal source making a large part of our citizens Criminals .

I have never had a friend that needed detox from Pot , alcohol yes ~ alcohol is a killer and legal .

The benefits of legalizing marijuana are endless and far outweigh the few negatives that have been used as excuses over the past 50 years. Legalizing marijuana is an economic, medical, recreational and moral question. And it is time for the government to say YES.

All of you who want pot legalised better get off your duffs and consolidate all these diffrent ideas about legalisation. because if you dont the powers that be will use it as the perfect opportunity to devide us all based on the little stuff like weather to just decriminalise or to legalise and tax it to "pull us out of ressesion"

Just plain old Legalize , we can grow it and buy New Cadillacs helping GM and the Government since they own most of GM . this would be a real stimulus package even without the tax , wich is added by all to make it more attractive . Cadillac's are just a metaphor , its a social network thing with no Paranoia , you like it or don't . Yes you can take time grow it and make a few bucks for those who do not wish to get dirty and report it like any small business , but sure Walmart and other big Corps would beat the street price , so keep them out .

We the People are the Government , its the Paranoid people that think it leads to Heroin or Coke , the only way it dose is because it is illegal and in some cases where it is oppressed dealers sell all.

It is stupid not to Legalise , you are 100% Correct it is just Grass . The Paper companies could use this and so could many other corporations , God Give us some freedom to do what we wish , let the Corporations us it for materials and "We The People" make are own decisions !
