Line by Line review of Federal Budget - Restore Pay Go

Why Is This Idea Important?: It is morally wrong to push our current spending onto future generations. Currently your ten year budget projects the federal debt will be at $23 trillion. Mr. President, please honor your campaign promises and fix this fiscal mess.

Mr. President, I believe you said it best in this video. Restore "Pay as you Go" rules and complete your line by line review of the budget.

    Here's how he considers something paid for: He has decided who he will tax for it.

    SCHIP -- He said it is paid for because they they were planning to pass a bill to tax smokers for it.

    When he tells you something is paid for, ask who pays.
