Equal Opportunity Employment Based Immigration - No country quotas

Why Is This Idea Important?: This is important - To improve America's image - For the economy - Immigrants cannot start businesses and are often afraid to buy homes until they have a green card - Ends discrimination based on country of origin of immigrant

The current sorry state of affairs of Employment Based Immigrations favors people from countries other than India and China. If a company needs a particular individual for a particular position (Employment Based Immigration is for people and companies who could not find an American to do a particular job), it does not matter if that person is from India or China or somewhere else. Counrty quotas in Employment Based Immigration are negative to the economy and impact business badly in addition to being discriminatory and unconstitutional.
