STATEMENT BY DR. CHIYOME FUKINO

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

“No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i.”

His birth cert has already been released through several venues including the LA Times.

C'mon - stop hiding behind the law - all it takes is for Barry to authorize release of the logn form birth certificate.

What has been released is not a birth certificate. It is a certificate of live birth, typically issued in Hawaii for children born OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES!

Why should I be required to show my BIRTH CERTIFICATE and not Obama?

The BIRTH CERTIFICATE has not be produced.

He talks about transparency, foe other not form himself.....

Why has my comment been scrubbed. We as citizens of the United States, demand to have a long form birth certificate presented for authentication. The dishonesst antics on this web site need to end. You don't like the subject matter and so it is deleted. There is no true transparency in this administration unless it makes the democrates look good and the Republicans look bad. How about doing something that is in the best interests of the country as a whole. If Obama is legally eligible for the Presidency then fine, if not, how can covering that up benefit this country. The law was established for a legitimate reason. It is not anyones right to infringe on the laws set up by our Constitution, especially if it infringes on the rights of other Americans. Allowing a man who very well may be inelligible, to be President infringes on everyones rights. Let's see this long form birth certificate and end the debate. Or does it not exsist??? There can only be one reason why he would refuse to present it.

When I got my first driver's license I was required to provide the State of South Dakota with a certified copy of my birth certificate. When I applied for a Minnesota drivers License I had to produce another certified copy of my birth certificate. Ditto when I got my Wisconsin driver's license. I needed to produce it when I went to college, got a marriage license, entered Government service and will need to produce it again when I apply for Social Security. Oh, and I also was required to submit it to the State Department to get a passport. None of the Government entities I have or will deal with will accept a Certificate of Live Birth as valid proof of my citizenship. They all require that same certified copy of my birth certificate. Now I'm just a regular guy with nothing to hide and who is willing to comply with the law. On behalf of the American people these agencies have the right, no, the obligation to verify my identity and citizenship status.

My question is this: If I, an average guy, have to submit certified copies of my birth certificate to prove I'm eligible to drive, marry, attend school, to qualify for Government employment and Social Security, why does the President adamently refuse to produce the same documentation to prove elegibility for the highest office in the land?

It only costs a couple of dollars to get a certified copy of your birth certificate. Why then would the

President spend many thousands of dollars to avoid producing his own documentation? Why would he offer a relatively worthless Certificate of Live Birth when it proves nothing?

The question of Mr. Obama's citizenship and therefore his eligibility to hold the Presidential Office can be settled by producing a valid, simple piece of paper. Why should that be such a problem?

Note what Hawaii did NOT say- they did NOT say it proves he was born in Hawaii and they did not verify the Certification of Live Birth posted on the internet. Others have shown that document has flaws which make it appear to be fraudulent. Even if it was valid, that form does not contain name of doctor, hospital, etc and is used to register persons born anywhere in the world- no proof of Hawaii birth.

Obama show your birth certificate! So far all you have shown us is arrogance, stupidity, insanity, immorality, a propensity for having friends and associates and employees who are tax cheats, unrepentent terrorists, liars, baby killers, etc. You have shown that you are a traitor to the USA and a champion of the Arab nations. You have embarrassed us with your ridiculous gifts to the Brits. I don't think you are a good father, person or President! God help that poor little dog of yours. Dog spelled backwards is God so I'm sure you only got it to torture it. I see you as a liar and the boil on the anal gland of America. You make me sick! Show your birth certificate! If you don't, you have absolutely no respect for the Constitution, but of course we know this already as you have already destroyed it along with this great country.

Mr. Obama,

Are you so arrogant that you feel you are above the laws of our Constitution? If not then please state the truth once and for all and move on! I'll show you mine if you show me yours.

We are not stopping our requests. We do not find your change thought out to be for our better good. We find it filled with mistake after mistake after mistake. Too many mistakes simply means your agenda isn't what you are talking about or proposing to Congress/Senate but rather a very very bad place you are taking us to by diverting our attention. People are getting smarter, have you noticed. They are reading between the lines and are trying desperately to put a stop to your treason like actions. No one is giving up the fight. No one!

Have you thought about a career in Hollywood? That is much more suiting for you and your celebrities that are as air-headed as you are behaving in the public. You certainly are not behaving as a US President would that is for the good of the people.

You need to pray to the God of the Bible that you stay alive long enough to redeem yourself and your sins because when you die you will be judged like all of us. You are not looking too good. The leaders of nations are judged harsher than their citizens. You might end up in Hell for eternity. Is that what you desire? I would not wish that on anyone but since I am not your judge, God is, you answer to him now and always.

You should carry yourself humbly not arrogantly. Only a out faced liar would behave as you are.

I will pray for your children, daughters, that they will become important to you and your actions. I will pray for your redemption which could mean a better leadership down the road very very soon. Meantime I wish for you to be so guilt ridden that you become very ill to those supporting you.

God Bless America and all of its Citizens. May God please have favor on us US Citizens. God please help us see the truth and be inspired to improve our nation, even if it means a new person to become President. We have learned our lesson of electing a non-citizen. What 0bama needs to do to prove he is eligible:

1) Release the long form, vault copy of his birth certificate.

2) Release all college records to the public.

3) Show he has never been a citizen of Indonesia - as school records there show.

4) Tell us what passport he used to travel to Pakistan in the early 80's - when travel to Pakistan (or Pokeestan according to Zero) was restricted for US citizens.

Until then I will believe he is an usurper who needs to be removed from office and tried for his crimes against the country.

This site has been rigged so that the posts asking for Obama to support transparency by providing his own birth certificate, health records and college records are not properly counted, even if they do not get deleted.

I have done a personal count of more than 1,000 requests for his birth certificate. My analysis suggests there have been at least 5,000 request for Obama to produce his real birth certificate, college records, health records and other financial records.

It is possible to review this site to find the most requested ideas by scanning "Top Rated" posts, but the requests for Obama's data do not show up as being top rated.

According to the liars running this website the most requested item has NOT been Obama's birth certificate.

Obama supporters in Congress are already working behind the scenes. They have a bill in process which would redefine Natural Born Citizen from its historical constitutional meaning to something more suited to their needs with Obama. See HR 1868 at this link:

They also have another bill in process to repeal the term limits 22nd amendment in our Constitution so Obama can run more than twice. This is the same thing that Hugo Chavez recently did in Venezuela by changing their Constitution to repeal term limits.

Obama and his far-left, socialist minions are a real danger to our liberty and Constitution. He has totally ignored Article II of the Constitution with obfuscations and phony digital images of questional documents. He is making a mockery of our rule of law and our Constitutional Republic. And the enabling Main Stream Media (MSM) has allowed him to do this. There is major trouble ahead for our country if the people do not demand and get an investigation of the true identity of Obama by full Congressional hearings with full subpoena powers by both the majority and minority members of the investigating Congressional committee. We need this hearing before it is too late. Look who Obama is consulting with today as to our national interest, not people in the USA but the King of Saudi Arabia to who he bowed to on the last visit and from whom he has obtained much financing in his political career over time. He is clearly influenced by foreigners and of which John Jay warned George Washington about. Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen, as his father was not a Citizen nor was his father even an immigrant to the USA!
