Security Clearances

Why Is This Idea Important?: National Security

Part of the vetting process for ALL appointees and candidates for elected office should REQUIRE that they submit to a background check and be able to qualify for the level of security clearance commensurate with the information to which they will have acceess by virtue of their position.

    They do but the vetting(SP) is done by the party. And not the courts. I heard FBI does a check?? It is part of one of the 50+ lawsuits. As one judge ruled that vetting was done by the people votings(meaning saying they want him) and congress but swearing him in. There is no "We the People" only the "leader" that work in office. THat say it is all good.

    I am mad at the rep. party for not forcing the issue. Leaves me little to no hope.

    What about travel to countries banned to U.S. Citizens?
