By doing this billions could be saved in improving and creating space exploration tecnologies.

Since industries thrive on standardisation, sharing non sensitive techs will increase and improve the space agency projects(with other agencys), save Billions in process, help private ventures in the area and avoid many headaches for engineers and scientists.
Some tecnologies can remain in ban but only thouse who can really be used in missile building.
I sugest asking someone who really understands the agency needs and what parts are sensitive to compile a list of banned and non-banned items intead of a bureaucrat that probably will ban simple tables yet again...
