Provide clear and convincing evidence that:
1) He qualified while ‘President elect’ Amendment XX § 3.
2) He is a ‘Natural Born citizen’ Article II § 3.
3) His Father was a US citizen (not a British citizen)
4) His Mother was a US citizen.
5) He was Born in the USA (not in Kenya)
6) He changed his legal name from Soetoro to Obama.
7) He timely registered in the Selective Service System.
Obama was a British citizen by birth to an alien Commonwealth father by the British Naturalization Act. That disqualifies him as not a ‘Natural Born citizen’ per John Jay and Emmerich de Vattel.
By default Obama failed to qualify as President elect by not providing ANY certified proof that both his father and mother were US citizens, and his was born in the USA.
Obama has not proved he was born in the USA rather than in Kenya as both Registrars claim to have his birth records.
Obama’s Selective Service registration appears forged, which would disqualify him.

The President is under no obligation to show you his birth certificate. In any case, there's a copy at factcheck.org.
The factcheck copy is irrelevant. Quit posting that. We are sick of that. The man has to have TWO PARENTS WHO ARE CITIZENS OF THE USA. Obama does not and unless he can come up with a set of parents who are US Citizens that were his birth parents, he can forget it and kiss it goodbye. Hello federal prison.
Maybe he can go to Gitmo.
