Good idea! All the spammers are doing is cutting off a chance they have to raise specific answerable concerns.

Since when is upholding the requirements of our Constitution spaming? I find that insulting. I have much better things that I would like to spend my time on, but Obama still won't cross this beginning line hurdle and he expects us all to ignore this glaring ommission, I would absolutely love to, but I love my country too much to ignore what may very well be a blazen violation of the requirements spelled out for our president to qualify for that office. I ask all Obama supporters to please request ever so politely that he just get it over with already and release the documents necessary to put this argument to rest, I myself am tired of it, so if his supporters will just step up to the plate and have an honest discussion about it, he just might listen to you. After all, if there is nothing to hide, why not just produce it? Isn't protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States of America worth the trouble it takes to ensure it is being upheld? Without our constitution, we are all vulnerable to tyranny.

And just who is it who will decide which postings are SPAM? This site should not be censored in any way as long as the comments are not laced with profanity.

Ladyhawk 2 and creeksneakers2 - This is a legitimate issue and keeps coming up because Obama has not "answered the question"! This can all be put to rest if he would just be more "transparent". This is a constitutional issue. You have read the Constituion?

Its not a legitimate issue. Obama provided his birth certificate. It matches a newspaper announcement of his birth. The Hawaiin government verified the information. No reasonable person would conclude Obama is not a citizen.

I've read the constitution. It doesn't say anything about government having to provide a forum for cyber vandalism.

The violation of the Constitution is always a legitimate issue! Obama did not provide his birth certificate. He posted a certificate which may be a fraud but even if it is not, the State of Hawaii does not accept the short form as proof. Check out their website. Please read carefully the Hawaiin Government's statement carefully and you will note that they never state that Oboma is a citizen. They say they have his birthcertificate on file. Well, here's proof that Obamas "Certification of Live Birth" means nothing.

Amended certifications of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.

This is straight from the Hawaii Department Of Health Website.

In other words, the "Certification of Live Birth" posted on Obama's website, Factcheck.org and the Daily KOS doesn't prove anything, simply because someone born in a foreign country could file for an amended certification

A Certification of Live Birth is not a Birth Certificate. Obama's sister Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but Anna Dunham registered her as "born in Honolulu" shortly after her birth. Maya has a State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth, just like Obama -- proves nothing.

The newspaper announcement mean nothing. You try using it to verify who you are when completing the Department of Homeland Security Form I-9. It is not one of the accecptable documents.

Speaking of Logic. How is this for Logic?

Major Premise: To be POTUS, the candidate’s eligibility must be publicly known.

Minor Premise: Obama’s eligibility is not publicly known.

This syllogism responds only to rules of deductive logic and cannot be overturned by any human action. If the premises are taken to be true, then the conclusion must be true. There is no law or statute that requires the rules of logic to be proven in a court of law for them to be enforceable. The laws of logic are compelled by nature, and cannot be challenged by any law of man.

Therefore, the conclusion of this syllogism cannot be questioned by humans of any authority. No human is empowered to alter, rewrite, or adjudicate the laws of the universe.

Conclusion:

Therefore, Obama is not POTUS.
