Mr. President:
You must release your birth certificate (a certified copy). Don't you think it is absurd to have to show a copy to get a state identification but yet not submit yours to be President?
Your refusal to release this does not pass the "smell test". Most reasonable people agree that something smells very fishy. You sir are not above the law, nor reason, just because you hold the office of President. If you do not comply with this most reasonable request, your claim of transparency is tantamount to a fraud! Release the document with out delay!!

Great Idea! I think we should start with transparent IP address disclosure on all these "birth certificate" spam posts and see how many of you are the same person.

The President isn't required to release his birth certificate, plain and simple. And, for those of you who complain that you must show a birth certificate for one reason or another... you don't have to show it to anyone who simply asks for it... or demands it.
Being that it would be the easiest thing in the world for the President of the United States to obtain a copy of his birth cedrtificate, or even the original for that matter, the only reason I can see for him not producing this, and thus closing the matter, is that it simply does not exist. It's time to put up or step down, Mr. Obama.

I thought John McCain settled this 'issue' a year ago.
Remember a few facts:
-The "Birth Certificate Issue" has been on-going since before Obama (or whatever his true legal name is) was nominated by his party!
-All members of Congress, both the House and the Senate are truly and actually "Traitors" to the U.S. Constitution and their "Oaths of office" in that not one, single person in Congress objected during the reading of the Electoral College results which were read at a "Special Joint Session" of Congress. For a valid "Objection" at least one Senator and one Representative (not necessarily from the same state) must go on recored with an objection.
-The record shows not one objection (sadly not even Ron Paul).
-Most if not all members of Congress were aware of the BC issue prior to this time, as informed by hundreds, and possibly thousands of their constitutents.
-I personally informed my Representative and both of my State's Senators of the discrepancy and the need to file the objection at the "Joint Session".
-President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden visited the U.S. Supreme Court on 14 Jan 2009, after an invitation was extended by Chief Justice John Roberts.
-Chief Justice Roberts was selected (or requested) to administer the oath.
-Chief Justice Roberts and the rest of the Supreme court, knew or should have known (if they actually do their jobs as required by law that is) that there were already actions against Obama before their court, some which had been decided (meaning ignored) and several still pending.
-Alito's absence at this meeting is unexplained (maybe he knows the rules and actually plays by them!).
-This made Obama a litigant in a suit or suits against him in the U.S. Supreme Court.
-It is a violation for a judge or justice to have any contact with Obama without all parties -Counselors' for the person(s) filing the action against him in the Supreme Court- present during these meetings to prevent the appearance of "Judicial Impropriety" at a minimum, and in this case Treason at the maximum.
-Obama or Roberts misread the Oath of Office which is listed verbatim in the U.S. Constitution, and is required to be read verbatim. This did not happen!
-The press reported that OB and Roberts "redid" the oath in private later that night, another count of Judicial Impropriety at the least and treason and the worst. No witnesses to this "re-do" so they could have talked about "anything" including compensation for helping OB hide the truth (of course speculation would not be required had the rules been followed).
In summary I will explain the above:
The entire federal Government with the possible exception of Samuel Alito are guilty of Treason -if for nothing else then for violating their oaths.
Another fun fact is that most State Constitutions prohibit Lawyers (or Esquires) and Judges to run or stand for public office!

The U.S. Constitution's 13th Amendment also used to prohibit lawyers and judges from running or standing for Public Office. Most copies today do not show this in the 13th Amendment anymore. Interesting since no new Amendment has been added to change the original 13th!
Several of the Amendments they currently put forth as Law have never actually been ratified as required by the Constitution itself - including the 14th Amendment.
Gosh, and I thought that most state constitutions permitted lawyers to run for elected office. I can't think of a signel state where they're prohibited. I assume you'll list them here.

I think this below is largely bullshxt. They think that those asking for bo's birth certificate are crackpots and trouble makers, not truly concerned citizens. WTF? Maybe folks would be more apt to particpate if EVERYONE was treated equally here!
Transparency in government..what diff does that make? b0 is a liar and has not kept even the little promises he made. I am embarrassed to have b0 as my possible president...not real sure he really is since I can't see the paper work!
